We’ve stayed here four years in a row. The condominium is truly amazing and it’s conveniently located in the center of the village.

The location of this condo couldn't be better--right in the center of Beaver Creek village, easy walk to the lifts, restaurants etc. One in our group didn't ski and she found things to do. In addition to the condo being very spacious, 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms and a great layout really allowed privacy when desired. Very helpful to have a local property manager who could help with a few things too!

Luxurious property above ice rink. Easy access to lifts, shopping , and eating. Plenty of room and everything you need down to boot warmers . 4 bedroom , 41/2 bath . Reed handled any questions we had and was easy to work with when our flight was canceled . Our favorite place so far in Beaver Creek

This long weekend getaway was perfect for our group who was celebrating birthdays of all ages! Some skied, some shopped, and some just partied. Perfect for all of us to come and go and do all of the above activities at our own pace. Just perfect place. Had wrong codes for checkin so made a lot of confusion, however homeowners were very quick to respond and remedy the situation!

We were met by Reed when we pulled up! He hopped in our vehicle to guide us through the garage and elevator access points. After arriving at our unit he helped us get familiar with the unit and then accompanied us downstairs to show us where to pick up our skis. Everything in the unit was well arranged, clean and even had fresh flowers! Everything was just as described online. One of our humidifiers wasn’t working properly and Reed brought a new one over the same day. I would definitely recommend this property and management team!’

This property was lovely for a family Thanksgiving! Charlie and Reed were friendly, responsive, and helpful, and the location can't be beat.

Very nice property that was extremely well stocked. The condo felt like the owners are frequently using it themselves and only occasionally rent it out. We definitely would rent it again.

This property was perfect for us. Our son got married at the Park Hyatt - a one minute walk from the condo. Another son and his family stayed at the condo and my niece and nephew also stayed with us. The living room and kitchen area had plenty of room for us to eat breakfast and hang out together - and everyone had his own bathroom. Also used the laundry since we had 2 little ones there. Reed was very responsive to any of our questions. Now if we could only find a place in Raleigh NC for the next wedding!

Great stay and experience at this condo. Amazing level of service from the property manager Reed. The house comes fully stocked with everything you need, it’s very impressive. Perfect for kids of all ages! Would definitely recommend.

Had a great long weekend just before the Christmas rush and glad I stayed here. The location is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of space to hang out and relax!

The penthouse was absolutely stunning! The location is everything! The penthouse offers views of the resort as well as the mountains. Ride the private elevator down and walk right out to the ice rink and into the center of everything that Beaver Creek resort has to offer. The slopes are literally steps away. One of the highlights of our trip was Elizabeth. She was absolutely fantastic and so helpful. Communication is great, and she works to ensure you have everything you need. Charlie is easy to work with as well. We wanted to extend our trip and he worked with us to make it happen. I highly recommend this rental. If you're not sure and you're looking for a review that helps you decide if this is the one, I promise, THIS IS THE ONE. Do it, book this penthouse, you won't regret it.

What a lovely place for a vacation!! Perfect location, furnished with everything you could need/want, very clean, plenty of space, user friendly for adults and children. Elizabeth took care of absolutely everything for us in a very pleasant, timely fashion. She and the condo are the best ever! Highly recommend.

This top floor, 4 bedroom condo was perfect for 10 family members of various ages visiting Beaver Creek for a wedding. Elizabeth’s helpfulness made the check in process easy. The central location made it easy for us to meet other wedding guests during the day for various outdoor activities and every evening for drinks and dinner at various restaurants. The decor and books were fun to browse. We found the large 10 person dining table to be perfect for our stay-in night, served by Fondue at Home, as recommended in the welcome book. The well stocked kitchen provided everything needed the server didn’t bring. All 10 of us had a great time during our 5 night stay.

The communication about arrival started days before our arrival which was comforting. We were met by Elizabeth when we arrived who then also helped us bring up our luggage and she was lovely. The actual condo was perfect! It was comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had a total of six adults and all of the four rooms were perfect for us. We were able to make breakfasts and had everything we needed. Location, location, location! We were right in the heart of Beaver Creek and we could walk everywhere from our front door. Everything was just amazing and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

The location is perfect! Right in the middle of the village the ice rink is right down stairs, during the summer they have ping pong tables, shuffle board and corn hole this was a big hit with my family. We had A group of nine raging from 15 on up. The condo was a perfect size to accommodate us all without feeling like we were on top of each other. The only drawback is No Air Conditioning most of the time it was not a problem but there were a couple of nights it got hot. Our property mgr. Elizabeth was awesome the small problem I did have was answered in minutes and fixed by that afternoon.

Spacious layout, perfect for a multi-generational family. Well-equipped rental- shampoo, soap, paper towels, detergent, spices, etc. Elizabeth assists with greeting, parking, and getting you situated- she made everything very easy. Fabulous, center of town location - it couldn't have been better.

This property exceeded our expectations providing wonderful accommodations to enjoy our family vacation while making lasting memories! Charlie ensured that we had the necessary location/access details prior to check-in and lovely Claire was there to welcome us upon arrival, even assisting with coordinating our grocery delivery and carrying the bags to the kitchen. Each room was a feast for the eyes with the lively and unique decor, lots of room to store our clothing and gear, the beds and bed linens so comfy cozy to fall into at night for a quiet restful sleep. Plenty of kitchenware and cookware to prepare and serve meals for our family of 10. We enjoyed winding down and warming up on the fabulous down velvet couches in front of the fireplace after an energetic day in the slopes. Walking out the front door, into the elevator to go down 3 floors, and stepping out with immediate access to the ice rink, a multitude of outstanding restaurants and stores, and the lift ticket desk/ski lifts a quick five minute walk was a convenience second to none. So many more wonderful things to celebrate about this property, and not a single disappointment to share. Will be a treat to stay here again for future family vacations!

This spacious condo is incredible - the finish out is beautiful, it is fully stocked, the property manager is very easy to work with, and it's centrally located. I would not hesitate to recommend it or to stay again.

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of five (three children) plus my parents and grandmother. Amazing location - couldn't be better! Close to all the action and dining for young kids and adults as well. Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. Hyatt access was a nice perk. Smooth check-in and check-out. Hope to come here every year. Highly recommend.
