We love staying here. Two years in a row we have spent a week at this location.

Very clean. Nice decor. Open space. The view of the lake is exactly what I was hoping for. Beautiful sunsets. Great, safe neighborhood. There's an elevator to take things to the room, but you have to use stairs to get down to the elevator. It was not a problem for us. The bedrooms are on the outer side of the unit, the living room is facing the water. This is a 3rd floor unit.
My travel tip: leave enough time in your itinerary to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this space. The views can be enjoyed from the balcony or from inside the living room. It's actually quieter inside the unit than in the balcony (multiple air conditioner units on first floor under the balcony). Make sure you're back in the unit before sunset: you don't want to miss it!! Moonlight on the water is gorgeous, too!
There is a unit above this one, and we could hear footsteps through the night. So take ear plugs just in case! Didn't bother me because I was prepared!
We'll definitely be back to stay here. It was a perfect space for us.

A path that leads to the lake was full of beauty.

The best part of this condo is the "View!!" Absolutely amazing! We were able to relax, even with some minor construction on sight. Stayed on the 4th floor so the elevator was a welcome amenity. Especially after a day of walking/shopping, loading to and from the car. We have stayed at this complex before and are making plans to come back later in the year with our son and stay again. Not a deal breaker but the kitchen isn't as stocked as I had hoped it would have been, but I typically bring a few things so was able to make due with the small meals I did fix at the room. But overall looking forward to staying here again!

Beautiful condo with a fantastic view of Table Rock! We spent a month there…it was starting to feel like home. A very serene setting but within easy drives to all of the major attractions.

Great location as we wanted to be close to Top of the Rock and boat rental at state park. The unit was nice and looked like the photos. The only thing I couldn't see were the three sets of multiple air conditioners outside and just beyond the deck. It made for some noise while sitting on the deck and kinda took away from the beautiful view of the lake. The unit could use fresh paint in some areas or at least a good wipe down of the walls and doors, and there were a couple of burned out lights. Otherwise it was nice. The bed was comfy. The pool was great. We timed it just right as the pool was very quiet with schools back in session.

We had a group of 12 in multiple units on this property and we enjoyed it very much. The condo was clean and spacious, the lake view was amazing and the pool was nice and clean and the perfect temperature! We would come back every year if we could.

Such a great condo! The management were awesome to work with via text for all check in, questions during stay, and check out needs. Beautiful condo on the water - amazing coffee & breakfast views! We’ll be back and you will too!

We were very pleased with the condo! The view was incredible! Wonderful place to relax with good friends. We really enjoyed the area hiking trails.

Overall everything was great. The view is spectacular!!! The only complaint was the recliner seemed alittle crooked when sitting but the corduroy couch was perfect!
I only heard the walking from upstairs a couple of times as others stated.
Be sure to walk down to the lake right beneath you, a great time sitting on the rocks!
I would stay again without hesitation!

Overall feel is good, the only trouble is the top floor of our neighborhood make noise all the time,no matter day or night, this guy walk on floor very heavy whole day long and never stop,. We wish it can be change at future. We enjoyed the lake and stay, good lucky for next one…

Tucked away waterfront lroperty. Perfect for a family looking to spend some quiet time while feeling close to nature. Enough room and amenties ( DVDs, TV, Games) to keep busy when not admiring the beautiful lake. Well maintained property with all the facilities one would expect. The property managers ere prompt and courtesy to our needs. Will surely rent again.

Very nice condo with hardwood floors and great view. Great for a small dog. Love the location. Had a few issues, like thin-walled ceiling; we heard everything upstairs. Weird. One broken lamp, no coffee filters, One TV didn't work. Minor stuff, overall very nice for a fair price.

The view is amazing. And the condo was very spacious with comfortable beds. The only complaints that I have is the floors were not very clean. We weren’t comfortable walking around barefoot because the floors were sticky and our feet would turn black. This included the walk in shower that had mold and mildew. Also, the balcony was full of spiders and webs . It was evident it had not been cleaned for sometime.. With that said if those things were improved I would definitely stay here again. Great location!

Great view of the lake with great location. The condo worked out wonderful for us and our granddaughter and her friend. We had a great time in Branson and this condo was a big part of the enjoyment.

This property is beautiful and very peaceful. We did a lot of relaxing and saw some great shows in Branson, only 10 minutes away. Very clean and overall a terrific place. Will probably go back. Highly recommend this property.

We truly enjoyed the property. It was beautifully located right on the lake. Amazing sunsets every night. They had a nice grill in the pool area to bbq. The condo was filled with amenities and well suited. We will def stay again!

Very nice condo with beautiful view of Table Rock. We loved our stay here. We spent our days hiking at the State Park nearby.We enjoyed the deck - watching all the fishing boats go by.

Loved the experience, was a little noisy with traffic or banging overhead. Other than that would highly recommend.

Great view of the lake. Great ammenities. Did not have door code set correctly when we arrived. Floor was not clean.

Very nice rooms. Nicely furnished and even provided some snacks for our stay. Would definitely stay again.
