This property was welcoming, beautifully appointed, and comfortable. The view is incredible of the lake. The deck has both an eating area and an area with comfortable chairs for relaxing. It was just my husband and I, but this would be ideal for 2 couples. We highly recommend staying here.

Nice clean property. Since the weather was very cold we didn't use the deck, it would be wonderful to use in warmer temp.

The condo at Eagles Nest Resort, Branson is conveniently located. It is within a mile of Silver Dollar City attractions and other Branson attractions. The resort community is a quiet neighborhood. This condo features a large deck overlooking an inlet of Table Rock Lake. The appliances in this condo are top of the line. Bed was comfortable. Interior decor is pleasing to the eye. Communication from our hosts was timely and helpful. Our trip to Dogwood Canyon Nature Park was a high point of our trip. Dogwood, Redbuds in full bloom, butterflies enjoying early blooming wild flowers and the paved hiking trail leads across the border into Arkansas.

Great experience, property management and owners were fabulous. The condo was very neat. Tidy and felt homey.

We enjoyed this condo rental. The views and balcony were wonderful and the kitchen was pretty well supplied with dishes/pots & pans.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was easy to find and was in a great location. We had a fabulous view of the lake and the trees. The condo was very clean and outfitted with everything we needed. The beds were nice and comfy. The patio was great. Not too far from any of the attractions we wanted to see and is right next door to Silver Dollar City. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again.

I was going to overlook the shoddy appearance of the deck (chipped paint, sagging awning, stains on the cushions) and the horribly cheap paper products and the sheets that smelled like bleach and give it 3 stars. BUT when I found out that I couldn't watch CNN because it was blocked and I could only watch Fox News, I was livid and decided then, that I should give you a lousy review. I don't care what side of the aisle you're on - don't tell me what I can and cannot watch. Especially at those prices.

The property matched the description and was an easy drive in and out of town along with being only a mile or so from Silverdollar city. Only negative with the location is they’re doing a lot of road construction in the driveway and parking lot area. One recommendation I would have for the property manager is that the cleaning service did not mop the floors and our feet and socks were disgusting walking around.

We rented this property due to size and location close to SDC. It didn’t disappoint, but it did exceed expectations. It comfortably kept 5 of us, my wife and myself, my parents, and my daughter. It has all appliances for making our own meals and full sized washer and dryer. The view is breathtaking and the balcony is spacious. We will be back!

At 1:30 AM the annoying chirping of the smoke detector started up. I view this as a lack of maintenance issue. Very annoying and ruined one night sleep. As a senior with parkinsons, not real good for me to getting up on a chair to reach smoke detector

Property was nice and well kept with an excellent view of the lake. Close to Silver Dollar city and minutes away from all the shows and attractions in Branson.

This place was perfect for a girls vacay. The place was very roomy and the beds were so comfortable! Some of the girls enjoyed a brief hike down to the lake and we all enjoyed the pool..so convenient, you can walk to it.

5 night vacation: Building 9 unit 5 top floor corner unit. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Pictures were exactly as shown. Comfy beds and furniture and our wives loved the decorating. The reviews complaining about minor interior flaws were customers who just have to complain about something. These buildings do need misc. repairs and adjustments inside and out, but as a carpenter contractor for the last 45 years, all older buildings need maintenance ect. These "flaws" did not interfere with our group of 4, all over 60, giving this unit 5 stars. We didn't use the pool but took the walk down to the lake. Bring some good walking/hiking shoes for this walk, (it's not a man made trail) but if you take the walk down to the lake, you can take a picnic lunch down there, have a swim and fish. We spent our time looking around Branson, taking the Belle Dinner show boat cruise, Dolly Parton Stampede and the Dogwood Canyon Nature Park. We highly recommend all 3 of these. We will come back to Branson because here are so many things to do here.

Police called on us first 2 nights for being to noisy. People below us were petty and expected my grandsons to be quiet. I was threatened if the person downstairs called again or the police were called I would have to leave immediately. I go to Branson 2 times a year and have done so for the last 19 years and have never had a problem until now. I would never stay at this resort if it was free.

Our family of 4 stayed in this property for a quick weekend trip. The location was perfect, the condo was very clean and well stocked, located right next to Silver Dollar City, and the views from the huge balcony was perfect! Our daughters didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back!

We absolutely love staying at Eagles Nest. This property was amazing and Mark and Sarah are amazing to work with. This is not our first time to rent one of there properties and certainly will not be the last. Looking forward to another stay in the near future.
