Villa with beautiful garden, terrace and pool facing the bay of Cannes. Spacious, clean and well equipped house. Good location in Cannes although you need a car to get to the city center. Friendly neighbours and easy to get in touch with the owner when needed. We (family of five people) had a nice holiday week in the villa and can recommend a stay here.

We stayed at this villa for a month with 2 adults and 2 children. The house was very clean and well presented with everything you need. It is tucked away in a quiet spot and is very private. It is well located and we had no trouble walking around, sightseeing and getting supermarket. We had a car so parking was tricky but we were able to park inside the property. Service was good, a couple of repairs were done quickly. The owner was very helpful both during the booking and payment process. He speaks English! The outside area was great and we lived outside. The pool is not huge but adequate. The outdoor eating area and BBQ were great. The bedrooms were god. The house kept cool. The bathrooms and showers were good. It has a dishwasher, washing machine and freezer which helped the stay. I would recommend this villa to friends and family.

The week in your villa at Cannes was absolutely charming, the place is so quiet, peaceful and safe, but at the same time so near Cannes, Nice, Montecarlo and many other exciting places and beaches worth to see and enjoy. We had a car so the private parking in the property was much appreciated. The location is very interesting for the proximity of the natural park “La Croix des Gardes. We loved Cannes as a town, we spent wonderful moments in the terrace, as well as in the beautiful living room, TV, DVD, audio and wireless LAN are at hand with no extra cost. and I can assure you that if we come back to France, we will surely contact you to be able to enjoy again that cozy home. Thanks for all; Villa California was a wonderful place to stay. It was exactly what we were looking for; lots of character and charm. We would love to stay there again!

Many thanks to you for our wonderful holidays. We have long experience of winter ski holidays in France (we used to rent apartments in Val D'Isere, Meribel, etc.) While your house happens to be far above our expectations, with much higher quality. Vacation was very good, we managed to do both sunbathing on the beach as well visited a lot of nearest towns (Nice, Antibes, Momaco, StPaul, St-Margerite island, etc). Very convenient outline of the house : 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms(toilets) is very convenient, quite big and ergonomic kitchen, large living room, closed (can be locked) territory around the house, opportunity to dine outdoor, swimming pool, nice sea-view... Very well equipped with tableware and kitchenware (it was important because we most of times cooked everything by ourselves), Hi-Fi-TV system, Wi-Fi connection was OK, maps and guides of neaby towns and sighseengs, location close to the beach (we usually went there by car) Many thanks again.
