Excellent property. Exactly as described. Condo had everything we needed for our stay including snacks which were a nice touch! Very clean and comfortable. Views of the lake were great and the steps down to the water were very convenient. Will definitely rent here again next year

I wasn’t told about the resort renovations going on, which blocked off about 70% of available parking spots. Being disabled, I searched online listings for a “walk in” unit, which this was supposed to be. 6 steps down is not a walk in, neither is one handicap spot at the end of the next building. It was partially blocked with worker vehicles, making it mostly impossible to use. The front of our condo had ladders, boards, railings, saws laying everywhere.
We tried to relax in back, but with workers walking through the yard it was hard to do.
If you aren’t challenged with mobility issues, this is a nice condo with stunning artwork. Just feel it should be listed as steps, not walk in for seniors.

We had a wonderful stay here. Beds we comfortable . The view of the lake was amazing. We will be back in the winter. Thank you for making this an amazing experience.

We were looking for a quiet place to stay with an amazing view and found the perfect place. It checked all the boxes - beautiful view, quiet, close to all things in Branson, and affordable. Booking and check in was easy, communication with the property manager was excellent, our condo was extremely clean and inviting, and the view/proximity to the water was exactly what we were looking for!

We stayed in December and I was so surprised to be welcomed by a lit up Christmas tree in the living room!! I was so excited. It made our stay perfect. We loved the condo, it was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was perfect for our dog, it had a grassy area right off the patio and great view. The only complaint we had was that the people upstairs kept us up. You can hear them walk around or really sounded like a pack of dogs running around, we are not sure. I recommend bringing your earplugs.

This place was a great pick for our family! When we entered, our attention was drawn to the photos and artwork. Everything was clean and neat and welcoming. Loved the thoughtful details that made us feel special! We will definitely look for availability on our next Branson trip.

Nice property with close proximity to branson bay marina. Quaint staircase to beach access. We had a great time and place was very clean and comfortable.

Lovely stay in clean, well appointed, comfortable condo. The hosts thought of everything—snacks, coffee, kitchenware, games, videos. Very comfortable beds and such a gorgeous location! We enjoyed a fun retreat with friends. Property manager was very communicative and helpful with all aspects. Thank you for your hospitality!

The upstairs condo was extremely noisey the first time until 3 am. Very inconsiderate of others.
There's a hefty cleaning fee- but dirt under the bed, dust on all the end tables, thick dust on head board of master suite, master bed is wore out. The view is really grown up compared to the picture.

The furniture was attractive but seemed that a little worn - the chair cushions sunk a lot when sat on and were uncomfortable after a while.
Two in our group were 73 and 81 and found that the toilets were extremely low. Perhaps its because most of us have "comfort height" toilets these days.
The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was great with all the necessities present.

The condo was amazing, truly amazing! It was very spacious, updated, clean and everything we needed was there.
The only thing missing was the hammock that was pictured. I was really looking forward to enjoying a nap or reading a good book while hanging out there!

Both rooms at the front of the Condo. Living, dining and kitchen all at the back with picturesque views of the water. Nice little patio with a hammock and a short walk to the water. A little bit of noise from the condo above, but not enough to be an issue. No pantry items for cooking other than salt and pepper, so if you plan on cooking, bring everything. The BBQ on the back patio is an electric BBQ (think giant George Foreman). Jacuzzi bath tub in the main bedroom was a nice touch. We would stay here again.

We loved this location just close enough to Branson. The view of the lake and watching the sunset was beautiful. We hiked during the day and went to the shows at night and it was the best vacation.

The condo was very clean especially for being a rental all summer throughout the busy season at the lake. The set up was perfect, close to the marina, and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I would highly recommend The View at Emerald Pointe!! It was clean, cozy and had everything that we needed. The location couldn't be beat and was literally steps away from Table Rock as well as the pool. We would definitely return.

This was kind of a last minute decision. It was very simple to book and the check in went well. The condo was very clean and spacious. Wish we could have docked our boat nearby instead of having to put it in and pull it out each day and store it offsite. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts! It rained 2 of the days we were there, but we found things to do within an hour drive of the condo. Very pretty area, friendly people.

I really enjoyed my stay- I have to laugh, I didn't realize that it was Yakov Smirnoff's home! I guess I didn't read details. I loved his paintings all over. The condo was clean and comfy, the beds were great! I loved that it was just a hop skip and a jump to the lake down a cute little path. The managers were great and friendly! I recommend this place to others! The only disadvantage was, we are from the country and the people upstairs were quite loud- but they finally fell asleep and all was good.

We stayed in this condo for a quick spring break getaway. Everything was comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake. There are 6-7 stairs from the parking lot to the ground level condo. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.
