We had a very pleasant time in Family, we rent the 2 houses ( West and East ) for a total of 15 people and had quite enough space. Sea view is amazing and place is very calm. There are beaches accessible by foot. Contacts with booking team are quite easy, they are very responsive. Great holidays !

The house was exactly as described, although the photos of the views/sunsets do not do them justice. The setting is beautiful. We received so much helpful information from the owners before we arrived and their communcation was excellent. There were many helpful little extra touches in the house which made our stay easier. The property manager Sanela and her assistant Tony were very friendly and helpful. We have small children which meant that we had difficulty accessing the local beaches in the immediate vicinty, but this was not an issue as we simply walked to the main public beach, which was not far at all. I would definitely recommend this property and would be very happy to return.

Great Villas. Very large and comfortable and in a perfect location overlooking the sea. Steps from great beaches and many services (bars, restaurants, watersports, shops, etc...). Fantastic views. All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks Sanela and Paolo.

The most beautiful villa, int he most beautiful placeMy friends and I booked the West villa for my birthday, There were 12 of us in total. On arrival the villa was exactly as described, and spotlessly clean. It is spacious and light, with amazing outdoor spaces and balconies - plus an incredible view of the sea. The beds were comfortable, showers warm and the kitchen was already stocked with some basics for us - which was very much appreciated. There was plenty of information about the house and the local area provided in a book. There are several beaches a short walk from the villa and our favourite was beach #4 - a pretty little stoney move about 15 mins walk from the villa. The water was very clean and clear, and it was a great place to sunbathe (although it is a nudist beach, so avoid if that bothers you). There is a hotel with a cashpoint right nearby, and a strong of little restaurants and bars within 10 mins walk. A stroll into Cavtat (which is lovely) takes about 20 minutes and you can get the boat to Dubrovnik from there. Sanela, who met us when we arrived at the villa, was very friendly and kind. She was flexible about the times we checked in and out, which really helped us as our departure flight was quite late in the evening. She also answered the phone when we needed and was always ready to help. What else can I say? We loved it and hope to return :)

Outside space is nice (although an area of the garden is still awaiting full completion). Kids and adults alike loved the beaches (four of them) in front of the villas especially the one further away (about 5mins walk) that was really secluded and peaceful. Sunsets and cocktails+bbq on front terrace at night were memorable. Close to shops and also restaurants for the few nights we didn't feel like grilling. All in all great vacation. Thanks.
