Great house for our golf trip. House was clean checking in was smooth.

From the small details of labels on the switches to providing a greeter to meet you upon arrival, we were all very impressed with this rental. Pool was a little tricky to operate but my husband got the hang of it pretty easily. We had one little glitch but it was handled in a very timely manner. Great owner and manager. 100% recommend!

Great communication and very helpful. House had everything we needed and check in was a breeze. House itself wasn't huge but did the job, could use a little bit of updating. Overall we were really pleased.

We brought our family to stay for a baseball tournament for the weekend and it was a great place to stay.

My family and I enjoyed our Fall Break Vacation. The home was in a perfect location and not far from local attractions. The home was very comfortable and clean, felt like home away from home. We look forward to staying again in the near future!

The house was exactly as listed. Well equipped and comfortable. The backyard was lovely. One small hiccup which was addressed by the property manager quickly. We stayed for 17 days and enjoyed it so much, we booked it again. Looking forward to our return.

This property looks exactly as listed and is so well equipped, clean and spacious. The property manager and owner were wonderful to deal with. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and the pool/spa was fantastic. Everything works well in this home and we absolutely appreciated all the extra details that were available like laundry, sink and dishwasher detergent, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, plenty of towels, bedding, pool toys, and the list goes on. We absolutely loved this property and look forward to returning again in the future. Thanks again for a great stay!

The house was beautiful and more! Pool and Hot tub were perfect. The host and friends were very attentive to our needs and pleasant. My stay was marvelous, I was ready to book another two weeks , I didn’t want to leave. The bed was so cozy and the couches were very comfortable. I will be back soon!

From start to finish the VRBO booking and host were fantastic to deal with! The home was absolutely lovely and the back yard pool and spa hot tub was absolute paradise! The house if very well equipped. The location was perfect and only about a 20$ Uber to the strip. We LOVED our stay and would highly recommend it to others looking to stay off the strip. 10 out of 10 :)

This house was perfect for a small family visit to Henderson. Paula and the team were excellent in communicating and went the extra mile to ensure we had what we needed. The place was very clean and located in a convenient, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking tools and had some card/board games that we really enjoyed. I was very pleased with our choice and would stay here again. 5 stars.

We were in Las Vegas for our daughter's wedding at Revere Golf Club. The house was in a great location. Close to the airport to help pick up friends and family. The house suited our needs perfectly.

This home was was in such a great location! Just a short drive to all the popular activities and nightlife, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home was exactly as described. Very clean with all the necessities you need when traveling. The home owner was amazing to work with and answered all the questions I had. We would highly recommend this property for a family vacationing in/near Las Vegas.

My family was in town for our son’s baseball tournament and this home was perfect for us. It was great to have the pool to relax in after long, hot days at the ball field. The house is very well stocked with everything one would need for a vacation - the most well-stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Communication with the owners/managers was easy and convenient. This house was amazing! Not too small and not too big either. Great size for a family, with plenty of space inside and outside. The AC worked really well, especially on the 100+ degree days. The pool was a little smaller than it looks in the pictures, but on a hot day in the desert it's more than enough to cool off. The property manager was very nice and responded to messages very quickly. We had an issue with the kitchen sink leaking and it was repaired in no time. The house is in a quiet area and to get to the strip or anywhere else in Vegas was a breeze being close to the interstate. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone and will be putting this house in my favorites for future trips.

We came to Henderson to visit with our grandchildren over the holiday. This home was perfect as it is only half a mile from their house. We had 3 of the grandchildren spend the night with us - a first since we live so far away. It was nice to find a place where they could spend the night with us. The home was spotless and had very comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were lovely, but we did not ask for them to be heated. So the grandkids did competitions of who could keep their feet in it the longest. We hope to come back in a warmer month to make use of it. This is definitely a place we would like to come back to - not just because it is near our grandkids, but very conveniently located to so much and such a lovely place to stay.

Rent this unit with confidence. Customer service is outstanding, they were polite, professional and timely with all contacts. Truly a 5 star experience; the street is quiet and near a cul de sac. Furnishings are comfortable and all systems functional. Only suggestion is to use a blower on the hard scape by the pool and hot tub. We spent time in the back every morning and some afternoons and this area can use some TLC. The owner (Paula) manager (Stephanie) and greeter (Matt) are exceptional people. Highly recommend this team/property. Thank you.

Relaxing, quiet, comfortable property, and convenient to everything in Las Vegas.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vegas, but close enough to get there in 20 minutes. The house was perfect for 2 couples, but wouldn't work very well for three couples due to the configuration and size of the third bedroom, plus no third bathroom. House was very clean and the sliding glass door to the pool area was so spotless, we had to put a sticker on it to keep from walking into it. We all marveled at how clean it was as none of us can get our sliders/french doors that clean. Outside around the pool area could have used some clean up. There was a pile of pools toys, many of which didn't hold air, and it was very dirty and gritty around that area. Old floats need to be discarded and a good hosing down for the deck in that area are in order. We didn't pay to have the pool heated and it wasn't needed in mid September. The pool and spa were very nice and extremely clean. The house was well appointed with everything we needed, but is getting a little tired and will need some TLC in the coming years. The hot water heater went out when we were there, but the owner/property manager had it fixed the same day. Very responsive! We'd rent here again.

We were here from Hawaii to move our daughter to UNLV...a big and special time in our family's life. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Beautiful and clean home in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need. Homeowner/managers were so kind and accommodating. Plenty aloha here on the 9th island. :)
