Nadia, the owner l, is a pleasure to work with, and her home in La Quinta is beautiful. We love the open spaces and view to the mountains. This was our second stay here. We will be back next year.

Overall, beautiful home, close to hiking, walking, running trails and we felt safe running along neighborhood streets as well during the day. We stayed for a month and had a wonderful trip. Nadia and Paul were both great in communicating and addressing any questions or issues. We discovered the garbage disposal didn't work the first night and Paul was there the next day and able to fix it (a bottle cap stuck in the disposal). We didn't use the pool, but the patio area by the pool is great and even on a 70 degree day, it felt warm and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Master bed was very comfortable, also important for our longer stay. Our biggest constructive feedback is the furniture in the living area is not comfortable. It looks nice, but given our longer stay, we noticed it more than if it was a shorter trip. I would still definitely recommend this beautiful home & location in the La Quinta Cove neighborhood. Even though the homes are close together, it was very quiet.

The house itself and pool were nice, we just didn’t anticipate how far the property was from PS. Unfortunately the spa wasn’t working the first day and a repair person came out the second day to get it working. Bring an eye mask because there are no blinds in the master bedroom and it is incredibly bright in the AM.

The house was exactly described and perfect for a weekend getaway. Communication with the owner was incredibly easy and they were very responsive!

Home needs some updating, no where to comfortably sit and visit, sofa needs re-stuffing! Pool is a waiting pool not for swimmers. Layout nice and clean! Had a lovely trip with friends!

Our family immensely enjoyed this property with a great room and huge glass doors to beautiful pool area! So many nice touches here…modern decor, fun art, easy to entertain kitchen/dining/living area, Bluetooth speaker, huge master. Always felt safe here. Left with tans and big smiles!

Our small group of moms had a nice little getaway here. Very clean and modern with comfortable beds. Great view out the front window! One thing to be aware of is the primary bedroom gets extremely bright in the morning, so if you don’t like being woken up by the sun then stay in one of the other 2 bedrooms with window coverings. Pool is small but was perfect for our needs.

This was one of the best VRBO houses/stays I’ve ever experienced. The house was even better in person than the pic’s could describe!! So many tiny little attentions to detail! The kitchen was wonderful…fully-stocked with anything/everything you’d need to make meals with. We expected to eat out most of the days we were there and after seeing the house and kitchen we, instead, opted to go get groceries and just stay in and cook/grill and enjoy the property and the pool! It was hot while we were there, however, the pool was absolutely perfect for those hot days. It was literally the perfect little vacation getaway and the worst part of it was having to leave. I will definitely be booking this property again! Nadia was wonderful as well. VERY prompt with her responses and only a short text away. Her instructions were very thorough and easy to understand. I would give this house & host 100 stars if I could!! ⭐️

…in comparison to the other properties in the neighborhood. Nadia (host) was very responsive, but everything related to managing the property upon arrival (I.e. house security code access, pool/ spa heating directions, TV directions, pool cleaning day, trash pick up, etc) was obtained via VRBO email on the app from her versus having printed directions to refer to on the property itself, which made it a little cumbersome having to email her each time you had a related question. In terms of the property itself, it’s as described with adequate privacy and in nice proximity to La Quinta “ Old Town” where there is nightlife, dining and shopping. One thing to be cognizant of, if you like to sleep in a dark bedroom, you’ll need to sleep in one of the guest bedrooms, as the Master bedroom has 4 windows with no shades available.

I feel like we could have been in one of those VRBO commercials. This place felt like home for 4 days. Chased my kids around in this house for 4 days and made some great memories. The house was perfect. the pool was great. The views were amazing. Most importantly the beds were so comfortable. Will be coming back. A great place for an adult get away too. We will be back!

Beautiful property with gorgeous mountain view and relaxing pool and spa. Decor was mid century cool with a modern twist and layout was surprisingly big and spacious. Beautiful kitchen, dining, and living space and beautiful master bedroom, bath, and walk in closet. Some great dining in Old town La Quinta a short drive away and scenic trails within walking distance.

Really stunning place in a nice neighborhood with everything you need. Super easy communication and check in/check out. FYI AC doesn’t go below 75 degrees. We usually like to be closer to 70-72 so was a little warm for us but still comfortable. Would stay again for sure depending on time of year.

The house is stunning and beautifully furnished. Lots of natural light (in the morning, maybe even too much in the master!) and a fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Quintessential La Quinta! The builder nailed it, perfect size for our group of four ladies. We stayed and enjoyed the house completely, large rooms, spacious, high ceilings, beautiful open layout. The pool and jacuzzi with view of mountains was a relief from the heat and done tastefully. We will be back!

I cannot begin to write enough good things here. Nadia is incredible. Her home is stunning and we had the BEST TIME! Pool was perfect- house was BIGGER than I anticipated. The rooms were beautiful and it was super dog friendly. Cannot wait to stay again.

My best friend and I stayed here for a quick "gals getaway" from husbands/kids, and we couldn't have picked a better place! The owner was out of the country, but she had someone in town who assisted us immediately when we had a stuck gate, and we were blown AWAY by the property in general--everything was clean and modern, the decor was topnotch, and we got to explore La Quinta, which is an area I've never stayed in before (immediately fell in love with two local restaurants, too). I would recommend this place in a heart beat for so many reasons, but the luxurious feeling and sense of peace are right up there! Thanks again for letting us stay here!

We make several trips to the desert a year, this property was one of the best our family has rented . The house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The mountains around this property are so pretty with hiking and biking trails close by . The beds were super comfy and we loved the way this house was decorated. We can’t wait to come back.

We had an amazing time

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It’s near LG’s steakhouse where we had a great dinner and we really enjoyed the pool too. We would definitely stay again.

Spent the weekend here with my friends for my Birthday weekend. We come to Palm Springs 1-3x a year. This place was so perfect, amazing kitchen that we worked the heck out of between baking cakes and pasta nights, extremely clean and open, and fully stocked with everything from towels to kitchen items. The only down side was that it was record breaking heat the weekend we came so we didn't enjoy the pool as much as we wanted, even when the sun went down. Nadia was very quick with replying and always in-touch. Thanks for being a part of my birthday celebrations!!

I was so lucky to stay at this place with my family. I stayed there during weekdays, so none of my friends could join us. The rooms were clean and cozy, the bathrooms were beautiful and clean. The highlight of this house is the living room+kitchen+pool area. We spent most of the time there and, we had a blast! The owner was really nice and kind too. I highly recommend this place!
