From the moment we arrived, it was a disaster. First, there was no garage remote in the suite. When I tried to contact the host, there was no answer. I fully understand the host was on a personal vacation but there should have been a backup contact. We didn't have parking for 3 nights and street parking is extremely limited. We had 2 small children plus a senior which made this even harder. We ended up having a 10 min walk to the suite. The door didn’t lock properly, making us feel unsafe throughout our stay. We ended up having to put a tile block in the door at night to feel somewhat secure. The host did explain after there was a special way of locking it which there was no instructions whatsoever so it would have been great to know this prior to. To make matters worse, the fridge didn’t work at all, which was a huge inconvenience. There was a mini fridge in the suite but it made it very limited to what we could actually store. The fridge was finally fixed the day before we left. This place does say it has no air conditioning so we knew this going into it but this place gets EXTREMELY hot. The fans are full of dust and do not produce much air movement. Also the ad states Ocean Front Complex so please understand this unit is not ocean view. You can only see the ocean off the common area by the staircase. I will say the location of this property is really good as the beach is amazing and it is centrally located.We were compensated $150 bucks but still not worth the stress

You literally can’t find a better spot for a vacation! The condo was perfect, clean, spacious and well appointed. When you step outside you can see, smell and hear the ocean and then just steps to the stairs that lead to the beach. Or, you can enjoy the pool on the cliffs overlooking the ocean and relax in the spa at night. Simy was a perfect host and readily available for any questions or help. We are looking to make this our vacation spot every year!

Simy is an outstanding host. She had timely communication and assisted with questions. The location was perfect for us! My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and wanted a secure, clean and conveniently placed location. For us, this checked all three.

The condo was clean and ready for us on time. Communication was excellent. My only disappointment is that I envisioned the condo running parallel to the ocean because it mentioned ocean view. The condo runs perpendicular to the ocean. While that description was a bit of a stretch, the condo was very close to the beach access. At the end of the walkway was a nice seating area with a great view.

You can’t beat the location. Gated condo community was super nice and quiet. A beautiful beach is just a short stair walk away. It worked well for our family with two small kids, but also would work well if two couples vacationed together or two or three friends.

Had a great time; great location. Hope to go again.

We spent 5 days here to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. It was perfect. Quiet and relaxing. Wonderful location. Would not recommend for younger children as there are a lot of steps to the beach. It was great for an adult get away. Arrival was easy with Simmy being so very helpful answering any questions we had. Would definitely go back!!

Highly recommend this property. It was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and easy access to the beach. Gorgeous views as well.
