Excellent location for walking to parks, running trails, pharmacies, and shopping.

Close to Metro, close to wedding & reception. Property good for 4 adults. Humidity a little high in property - a dehumidifier would be helpful.

The condo was clean and had everything that we needed for the weekend. Our only complaint was that the sofa was not comfortable, but everything else was great. I only deducted one star for cleanliness of the baseboards in the bathroom.

My family stayed here during a visit to DC to sightsee and visit relatives. Cam’s place was spotless and comfortable for us. I highly recommend this property.

The home was easy to get too, safe, ealiking distance to shopping/restaurants and very comfortable. The property manager was proactive and responded quickly if we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent rental - clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

Great location for visiting our local family and walking to breakfast. Modern, clean and professionally managed. Internet worked well for an afternoon of remote work. There is a regular mechanical noise during the night in the wall near the head of the bed in one bedroom. Bothered my husband, but I slept through it. Could benefit with addition of a comfortable sofa in the living room. There is just the small loveseat shown in photos.

This apartment was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable and located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the DC area.

We felt lucky to find this place. It was in a nice part of town, clean and comfortable. Cam, the host is very helpful and responsive. I did not realize when I booked for the first time that the unit is in a half basement which is under a main house. You can tell this from the photos if you are looking for it, but I did notice.

We felt fortunate to stay here! The beds are very comfortable and the showers are luxurious. Cam is a responsive host. He lives in the main house and was extremely helpful.

Pictures are accurate and condo was new and clean. Cam was responsive and answered all questions promptly. Beautiful high end neighborhood in Chevy Chase.

Came to DC for Envision conference at National 4-H Center. We were 1 mile away! Cam was great! Perfect location for hopping the metro. Loved this property. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed here for three nights with my 81-year-old father while we were in town for a funeral. We arrived a bit later than expected, after underestimating the time it takes to navigate OUT of Dulles, and Cam was very kind to wait for us, despite having an appointment he needed to get to. The apartment was clean and the photos are accurate. There is a walk-in shower for those with balance/mobility issues. It is right on a busy street but we couldn't hear traffic at all. It's within walking distance of stores and restaurants, but by "walking distance", I mean 8-12 blocks. This was NOT walkable for my father so we'd rented a car right in Bethesda in order to travel back and forth to family in the immediate area. For access to downtown, there's a bus stop a block away which can take you to one of two METRO stops nearby. It's about a 45" commute into DC, depending on where you're going. We took a Lyft to and from Dulles, which took 40" without traffic and 70" at rush-hour. Thanks, again, Cam!

This was the perfect place to stay for four busy days in Northwest DC. Lovely, safe residential neighborhood. Parking space included. Walking distance to Friendship Heights Metro Station, shops and restaurants. Spacious, clean, 2-bedroom apartment with plenty of privacy and lots of conveniences. Modern kitchen and comfortable living room area. Cam made us feel welcome and was happy to answer our questions and offer suggestions. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved the location. Central to everything. Home was nicely done, very clean and host was super easy to deal with. Very spacious home which is hard to find in that particular area.

The stay was fantastic we had quick and easy commutes to Rockville. Walked to downtown Bethesda and had a huge variety of food options. Short drive to DCand saw Capital building and White House. Great location, great accommodations, we will visit again and recommend to friends!

Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit with upscale features, appliances and TV. Great location for the DC and surrounding areas. Price and quality for comparable accommodations hard to find!
