All good

The house was perfect. There are so many spaces to be in. Everyone can have their own space. The patio is so nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The tv’s in every room was a plus. The neighborhood was so nice. We felt very safe. The location was really great. Close to Green Valley and Southpoint. Also close to everything else!!! Sunset park is also super close. A grocery story is right around the corner. The house was really perfect for us. We did have to work around the step down/up from the garage and master bedroom to the kitchen/living room. Our Mom uses a walker. We made it work :). The house had everything you could need or want!!! We had a wonderful stay!

We spent two lovely weeks at this house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was very clean. The managers were great to deal with. It was January when we were there so we couldn't use the pool but it looked well maintained. The only negatives were that the stone floors were cold but it was a January visit.

Spent a week at this lovely and spacious home. Great accommodations, we loved the hot tub, poker table and Wii. Location was amazing for exploring the Strip and the natural wonders around Las Vegas. Had an amazing time!

This home was in a great area that worked well with the activities we had planned. We were in the area for a softball tournament and ventured further out to Valley of Fire Park as well as Grand Canyon, West and Hoover Dam/Lake Mead. We were able to easily navigate back to the house at the end of each day. It has a wonderful layout providing adequate privacy for everyone as well as plenty of space to interact. The property managers were pleasant and easy to communicate with. We would recommend this home and would happily stay here again if the occasion arises.

Rented for 3 weeks. Great area easy to get anywhere, very quiet area. Hot tub was great pool was good too a little chilly but it is OCT! Small yard but fine for us. Would have been perfect if outdoor furniture was more comfy. Both king bedrooms mattresses where really good quality and slept great. Did not test the others they were twins. Only drawback is the large step from front foyer into kitchen family room you have to be careful. Nice for two couples as complete privacy in both king bedrooms. . Poker table was a lot of fun to play on. Managers very responsive. Overall for the price it worked out great for us. No rental has everything perfect. Would recommend new furniture for family room as not so comfy but not a deal breaker. Overall would stay there again for sure would call it just shy of five stars ! Most importantly was clean, decently stocked and nice community.

We were very pleased with our Stay at this beautiful and functional home. Our stay in the home enhanced our vacation and provided us with memories to last a lifetime. The home was located close to shopping , the Airport, The Las Vegas strip and excellent restaurants. The property Management people provided us with prompt service on a couple of small issues during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
