The house did not look like it had been cleaned. There was trash and beer cans under the kids beds, dust on the fans, dirt under couches, tv remote was broken so dvd and Netflix inoperable, gas for the grill ran out second Time we used it, had trouble getting TVs to work in bedrooms; grass was high near fire pit, needs to be cut, AC filters were extremely dirty. Overall the house was nice but the cleanliness of the property was horrible.

Our family of 18 stayed a weekend at Poolin' Paradise. We had 10 adults and 8 kids including 3 babies. There was plenty of space for comfort for everyone of all ages. The bedrooms were very large which were great for each individual family, especially for having babies sleeping in pack in plays. The bunk room was wonderful for the older kids, and even the kiddos could snuggle together because of how big each bed was. The mattresses in the bedrooms were very clean and extremely comfortable. Also, having a bathroom in each bedroom made it easy for families getting ready daily. The game room in the loft upstairs was very nice. The hockey game was extremely loud, but all the games were FREE and fun. The games were nice for bigger kiddos and adults. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed. Just be sure to bring food and salt/pepper, otherwise everything you would need was there. There was a stackable washer and dryer, the dryer didn't work perfectly; we would have to dry the clothes twice. But it did the job. The living room was smaller but we just used the floor for additional seating and the table in the eating area. The large family table was very large and our family of 18 was able to eat all together- which we absolutely loved. The pool was a good size for a cabin indoor pool. It had a deeper and shallow side with stairs. The air in the room was cold, but was probably due to being freezing temperatures outside. The pool was warm. We loved that the pool room had a separate code lock to enter the room. This is a great feature for families with kids. The theater room was very comfortable with 3 leather love seats. There are not any steps to the climbing levels of the theater. I think that is one thing I would change would be to add in small steps to the theater level. All together our family loved this cabin for it spacious layout. The amenities the cabin has such as pool, hot tub, stocked kitchen, laundry area, large individual rooms with bathrooms in each room, theater room, and game room. The cabin is located in a cabin community and we liked that it was off the road not near a busy road. However, the drive to downtown Gatlinburg did take 45 minutes or 45 minutes to the outlets. This was without much of any traffic - as we visited in off season of February. We were extremely pleased woth the cabin and would recommend it to a group of people wanting a relaxing cabin to stay in, that has great ammenities. Friendly mgmt.

The location is wonderful!! Outside of all the traffic and congestion of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but close enough travel to quickly. Spacious bedrooms! Wonderful theater room and pool.

This was a Great Vacation, We enjoyed the location as well as what all the cabin had to offer. It was a great place to escape from the busy crowd and yet so close to everything from shopping to dinning etc. We had a Blast and can't wait to do this next year:)

Cabin is really nice and the pool was better than expected. Location is not too far from Gatlinburg and is in a private wooded area. However, do not expect any sort of mountain view as this is not a mountain cabin.
