The unit itself is really nice!! There is plenty of pool access and our youngest grandchild loved the “little” pools! The beach access was a bit of a pain because they are still building the wall so you had to go through two pool gates with all your beach stuff. Also, to do laundry there is one machine per floor and you have to download an app, create an account, and fund it with your credit card within Bluetooth range just to do one load. We ended up carrying it to the laundry mat across the street near a good little diner and did it during lunch. Overall though it’s a nice complex and nicely furnished.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much! the place was clean, bright and excellently decorated.
The view of the beach from the patio was excellent and there was always a cool breeze. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed.
I would definitely rent there again.

It was just what are family needed, time together on the beach. Some of us live in the Midwest so being right on the beach was perfect for us to come and go as we pleased. The property description was accurate and the owners had thought of every detail you might need just in case such as puzzles and cables to connect your laptop to the tv. Decorations were adorable. We would love to come back again.

We highly recommend this condo on beautiful New Smyrna Beach. The condo was in a perfect location, beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. We highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Lovely accommodations. The only challenge would have been the closure of one pool and both hot tubs (if that had been a priority). Grateful for easy beach access!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything went smoothly. The condo is updated and beautiful. It has amazing views of the ocean. A lot of natural light being a corner unit. We will be back!

Love this condo! This is my second time staying. Beautifully maintained and any issues handled immediately. All you need to cook a great meal in the well equipped kitchen. Super comfortable beds and bedding! Corner unit with lots of light! I'll be back again, for sure!

We had a wonderful stay! This condo was just right for our family of 4, we had everything we needed, easy access to the beach and pool. The condo was beautiful, nicely decorated and comfortable accommodations. 10/10 will be back!

The condo was perfect for us! Right on the beach which gave beautiful sunrise views. Kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and newly renovated. Excellent upgrades throughout. Very clean and organized. One of the best condos we stayed at in a long time. We hope to stay again soon. Thank you.
