Our host, Meredith, was lovely and responsive. Views were great. House was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here in Malibu. The location was great, close to the beaches, and the view was amazing! Margaret was excellent with her communication and really wanted to make sure we had what we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked, just like at home, so you can pack food to go (bring your own cooler) for a day at the beach. Comfortable and clean beds. At night, we enjoyed the internet and TV streaming services. Would definitely recommend staying here as you have all the comforts of home with a beautiful view and kind hosts.

I assumed that the property owner would be present when arrived. There was no info on the VRBO site about arrival protocols. After a long transatlantic flight I was not happy to find the place locked with no-one present to help. I spoke to neighbours who were very helpful and I eventually spoke to the owner. She was apologetic and said she thought I had made the booking via a site I am not allowed to name which would have had all instructions regarding arrival. So who is at fault - me for not double checking before departure, the property owner for not providing me with bespoke arrival instructions or VRBO for having inadequate facilities to inform guests about the property. I leave the reader to judge. And now to the property. The daily rate was expensive for this property. It is badly in need of refurbishment and a lick of paint. On the upside, there are nice views from the balcony and the beds are comfortable. Would I come back to this property? Not at the quoted price. Would I use VRBO again? No, not until their interface is comparable to another site I am not allowed to name

Frank and Meredith provided beautiful accommodations and wonderful hospitality. This home is light and bright and very comfortable. I looked forward to relaxing on the deck or in the living room while enjoying an expansive and beautiful view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again and hope to soon. The house is extremely comfortable et very well equipped. Beds are great, the kitchen has everything I needed for cooking and I appreciated finding basic grocery items int the cabinets. No need to hurry for shopping. The location is perfect, the view outstanding and despite the chilly air we could enjoy resting and reading on the deck. It is perfect for a Californian weekend. Restaurants and seafood market are near. And I guess the pleasure must be even greater if you have the time to stay longer. Meredith is a very nice landlord. Very concerned that everything goes right and very much caring for our needs. I strongly recommend the place.

I was attending a conference at Pepperdine, 10 minutes away. A very convenient escape from LA and the world into the hills. No cell service but good wifi. Hot and stuffy inside so I left the door open at night. Highly recommend.

It is a very comfortable and clean house with easy access to Malibu. Meredith made us feel at home. I would highly recommend the property. We plan on returning on our next visit.
