The place was very nice and had a little rustic feel. An older property, well taken care of. It’s getting a little tired though. Some things need attention. We had a few minor issues, but the property manager was quick to address and rectify which was very comforting.

Nice house Water heater is set at the lowest setting, made for luke warm showers. Garage has several garbage cans that made the house stink badly. Very foul smell that needs to be addressed.

My family and I had such a wonderful time here . Property description was just as advertised and more! 10 of us enjoyed this beautiful spacious home. The pool was the biggest hit with the kids . Close to the lake, lovely neighborhood and a all around perfect home. Thank you , we will return. Dawn Rudio

There were 10 of us in a family river trip. There is plenty of room for everyone, their cars and our boat which we were able to park in the large garage.

The home was well equipped, outdoor area and pool delivered excellent space to spread out and enjoy the sunshine, shade opportunities in hot weather. A few areas were lacking quality and needed attention. Overall amenities were functional, sufficient but not in excellent condition. Concerns brought up with the property manager were met with confusion and apologies, but not what i would normally receive with a high quality manager who immediately addresses and resolves issues. One repair was made when urgent.Overall, a great week with adult children and loved the Havasu experience.

Very relaxing after day on river, plenty of space for everyone in group

Overall we really enjoyed the stay. They only thing I would have to say needs improvement was the sheets and mattress covering. They were horrible.we didn’t use the grill, rusty looking and dirty.

Place was great! Accommodations were perfect for 8 guys. Location was close to everything!

Wonderful! Close to town and restaurant. We, enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi and view of the Lake Havasu. We enjoyed it so much that we spent the majority of our time in the pool and jacuzzi. Planning on returning next year.

The home and the area were beautiful We had a great time and would recommend it to friends

House was very comfortable very spacious. It fit our big family of 12 everyone had a bed to sleep in. House was nice and cool host even provided us with pool umbrella. Communication with the host was on point answering any question almost immediately. Wi-Fi was provided garage access as well. House was very close to rotary park which made it easy to get a beach access close to the canal. We are defiantly coming back

Due to the heat and storm warnings, the wives decided last minute to sit this trip out, however the guys still went and had an awesome time. The house was clean, well stocked, with comfortable beds, great kitchen, and plenty of room to spread out. The pool was the highlight of the hot hot weekend, as after getting stuck in a major rain/wind storm on the lake they only took the boat out once and spent the rest of the long weekend poolside. Communication with the owner was seamless and prompt. Zero complaints and hope to book again.

Our group had the time of our lives!! The house is set up very well for a big group and the location is very close to everything. The pool is awesome, the host is very attentive! Will be booking again should we come back to Havasu!

The house is huge! All 10 of us had plenty of room to relax, spread out enjoy separate activities. Multiple dining areas and a fantastic backyard. The only drawback is the convenient location puts it close to the major highway. The noise isn’t noticeable inside or at night, but will be present during the day

Property was as advertised. Beautiful views of the Lake, plenty of space, pool and hot tub spot on. Owners were responsive and helpful with all questions we had. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

It was overall a great stay, there were few hiccups but property was on top of fixing all of it very fast. Would stay here again =)

The property manager was responsive and helpful. The size of the house was nice for our family and friends, and it had a good combination of different sized beds (for kids and adults/couples). Having the ability to use the oversized garage for parking our truck was really wonderful and helpful (would have been even better if the garage had AC like other homes we've stayed at). The neighborhood was quiet and the location was close to the lake and amenities. While we recognize the need for reminding guests of the house rules, the signs posted throughout the house seemed excessive. It also seemed the cameras in the backyard were being viewed by the property manager or owner during our stay which made us really uncomfortable. We also were not informed when the pool guy would be there and he just unexpectedly showed up in the backyard when our kids were swimming (startled by a stranger in the backyard). There was also a deposit required to use the pool umbrellas, that while it was returned, seemed as if something that should have been included with the use of the pool.

The house was perfect for our family get together! Clean, large layout, comfortable, spacious. The whole family enjoyed their stay from the youngest to the oldest we all enjoyed the board games and the pool. Check in process was smooth with absolutely no hassle! Brad is an amazing host and didn’t hesitate to accommodate our needs when we contacted him during our stay.
