Could not use the facility we stayed in

Wonderful property! Great location. Excellent communication with property manager, who worked with me on later check out and other details due to offseason. Pet friendly! One small negative, but not a big deal. . . we rarely cook in when on vacation, but did this time. Kitchen could have been a little better stocked. But overall excellent stay; would definitely return.

The condo was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Close enough to walk to some places. We felt very safe.

Everything was great except the cleanliness. The floors throughout were covered in sand and the second bedroom bedding had sand all through the sheets that we had to wash them.

Excellent place to relax for a weekend! Close to the outside pool and easy access the back deck and function ballroom. Though the outside pool was closed at the time of year we went, we were able to take our grandson to the inside pool in the hotel.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The owner’s communication was amazing. The condo was spotless and well decorated. Everything we needed was supplied. The hotel pool being right outside was a huge perk (even though it was too cold for us to venture in). The hotel was amazing, and the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. There is also a really good breakfast offered daily in the hotel lobby. The condo was in convenient location to the beach, and the sandy bay area and deck were fun to hang out on. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at the Hyatt Residences in the past, they have finally completed them, and they have a lot more amenities then when they were first built. The unit was clean, and well stocked with all your basic needs. It was perfect for my husband and our fur baby (always a bonus to us, pet friendly). The only downside and it is the design of the parking garage to get into unit. Not the owners' fault, just a very confusing design, and we had others we ran into trying to figure out how to get back to their vehicles many times. Other than that great location and place to stay.

We spent a long weekend in Dewey Beach, and the apartment was great for my family. The little kids loved having the pool steps away, and had so much fun taking the trolley to Rehoboth (which was right outside), and the older kids loved the volleyball net outside the residences. Accommodations were comfortable and nice, and exactly as expected. My kids are still asking to go back to the beach apartment.

Tried to adjust/move dates weeks in advance. Got no reply from owner of VRBO.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The pool could not be more convenient - located just outside the patio door. The beach was a very short walk across the street; such easy access. The place was clean and quiet. Even with the pool nearby, the pool hours were very reasonable, so there wasn't any noise during the kids' bedtimes. We had to reach the property manager/owner for a small issue, and they were immediately responsive.

We rented Robin’s condo for a long weekend with our four young children. Location was great and having the pool steps away was priceless! The place was clean and had towels and linens! Great instructions for checking in/parking

Loved the bay view

Needed a place that allowed dogs for a visit with family and friends. This condo fits the bill. Convenient, comfortable, clean and so well equipped!! Pool wasn’t open for the season yet, but when it is, you’re only steps away. Beautiful patio with nice view of the bay. Don’t hesitate to book a stay here.

The condo is beautifully decorated in current high quality decor. The condo condition is outstanding! I dropped one star under cleanliness only because of the conditions in the parking garage where we used the elevator several times a day. This is where they decided to put the construction objects and debris, not what I’d expect to look at for this high end property.

We wanted a little get away near the ocean in January and that’s what we got. We had a really nice time. Place was in a great location. We would do it again!

The condo was beautiful and appointed with everything we needed! Pet friendly, so our dog Lucy was able to join us. We spent Thanksgiving week there and visited local family so it was the perfect location for us. The communication was great with the owner. The weather was cold and windy but having a piece of the beach steps away made it perfect for morning walks. Thanks for being part of our memories! We will be back.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights after our wedding. It was the perfect getaway and the sunset was great too!

This place was awesome for my husband and 1 year old. Was really nice to have the pool right out of the sliding door with a little one. The place was great size and very clean!! Also being close to the beach is a big plus!!

We rented this unit for a four night stay with our teenagers, their two friends, and our small dog. The location was fantastic~ a very short walk to the bay, one block to the beach and the pool was literally steps from our patio. Very quiet even though it’s near all the best spots for dining, drinking, and dancing! The kids enjoyed the convenience of the Jolly Trolley to ride into Rehoboth for the boardwalk, games, rides, and shops. The trolley is a short ride with only a $5 fee that covers the to and from trip. The unit was clean and stocked with linens and towels. Plenty of space for the six of us to relax, eat, and play games. TVs throughout and some books/puzzles. We loved that our dog could join us! She is a rather quiet, laid back small dog so this was easy for her! Robin was very attentive and helpful whenever we had a question or a need. Although you won’t need much, this place is in great condition with everything you need for a great beach trip!!

This was a great place for our first visit to the area! The owner answered all of our questions. The room was clean and exactly as described . We would definitely return.

Nice property and pool. All amenities needed were there. Floor dirty and few things needing minor repair door knob missing on bathroom cabinet, pocket door insert in wall pulls out....not secured in jamb.

We had a great time and such a modern, nice condo to stay. So appreciated it being dog friendly. Every morning a walk on the beach with the dogs started out the day right. Then with 2 pools it was a nice mix. We were 4 adults and would recommend this condo for 2 adults and children as the 2nd bedroom is more suited for kids.

Was a good base while we scoped the area as we are looking to move to the area

We loved this property! It was in the perfect location to easily walk right out back to the bay and the small beach, and a quick walk across Coastal Hwy and 1 block to the beach. Loved having the fireplace for the chilly nights and the outdoor firepits...although we weren't entirely sure if or how to use them at first but we figured it out. Quiet stay for this time of year which allowed for a lot of relaxation time. Great having access to the hotel pool for indoor swimming. The only negative was the kitchen wasn't as well stocked as we would have hoped. Just a few more kitchen supplies would have been helpful, but again not a big deal. It was, however, stocked with plenty of TP, paper towels, and even a few trash bags. Could easily travel to Rehobeth and other areas with a short 5-10 minute drive. Would definitely stay again if we are able!

Such a perfect place for our family! Place was immaculate. Location couldn’t have been more perfect. Easy walk to the beach with 2 little ones. It was awesome to have access to the indoor swimming pool. My husband and I even got to explore different restaurants and bars at night within walking distance. The rusty rudder was awesome right next door with live music every night. I highly recommend this condo. The only thing I wish was slightly different was how they locked the gates at night time for to the outdoor pool. We brought out dog with us and made it slightly challenging to get in and out. Once you figure out the design of building it was easy. Overall, great place! Would highly recommend
