Brandon and Tina's place worked out so well for us. Perfect place to sleep, cook a meal, and do laundry between hiking and bicycling. The hosts were friendly and always responded quickly to questions. The extras like coffee, snacks, fruit and fresh eggs were amazing! Thanks so much!!

Everything about this getaway was fantastic from the start! It's clean, great location, hosts provided the extra touches that make a streaks even better. Fresh eggs, fruit, and homemade bread greeted me when I arrived! Having bikes available to ride in that area is a great idea as it is right by a nature preserve. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This little place was just fine for the 2 of us. We enjoyed riding the bicycles on the great bike trails that are so close by. I was very thankful to Brandon for supplying me with a better fitting bike when I mentioned the original one for me was uncomfortable. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful. We would certainly consider staying here again when visiting our daughter close by.

The place was clean and the host thought of everything. The were snacks and drinks we a welcome touch. It was very quite and a lot of thought was put in the host to make it an above average stay.

My husband and I were in town to visit family. Location was well placed since we were visiting family in Scottsdale and Queen Creek. It was very quiet and clean and had all the amenities for a great stay. Loved having farm fresh eggs every morning. Would definitely recommend!

This is my second stay here...a place to slow down and breath deeply in the midst of travels. Space works best for one person, but I shared one night with adult son and it worked fine. I loved sitting under a shady tree to have breakfast each morning...and the neighborhood is great for walking. Easy to forget you're surrounded by city. Good selection of breakfast food and juices.

Studio was exactly as others say. Wonderful communication with owner, stocked with breakfast staples, fresh eggs, fruit and cold milk in the fridge! Gas fire pit outside the door and in a quiet rural neighborhood. Right next to the Riparian Water Ranch, so there are trails to walk or ride. And they offer bicycles too! Will definitely stay at the Hatch studio again.

We asked for a portable heater for my mother and the responded promptly and we’re very hospitable.

I had a quick trip to visit my son in college. The place was clean, area was quiet and private. Host was very helpful, responsive and able to resolve unexpected issue quickly (electronic door lock battery needed to be replaced). There was a storm warning during one night of my visit and didn’t want to drive out to get food. Luckily, she was kind enough to stock some eggs and bread in the room. Very helpful! Thanks!!

Highly recommend. The property is clean, well maintained and private. There is also a nice outside patio area. Located in a pleasant neighborhood that is quiet. The hosts provided coffee and snacks. The daybed is really comfortable. This is much nicer and more affordable than staying in a hotel.

Such a perfect little home! Everything you can think of that you may want is included and then some. I arrived to eggs, bread, butter, fruit and more which is certainly above and beyond. The home is exactly as pictured, the neighborhood is nice and quiet at night which allowed for some great nights of sleep. I hope to stay here again!

We booked this awesome little place for a couple reasons. First and formost it was near friends we were here to visit. 2nd price and amenities! At arrival Lucky the cat welcomed and supervised our move in. I had the best 2 nights sleep I've enjoyed for a long time. The cold beverages, breads fresh fruit and eggs were awesome. Well OK we did not eat the eggs, but only because I was to lazy to wash dishes We will stay here again!

I was doing a running event and rented this place for the weekend. I found the whole place great. I don’t think I’ve ever slept so good before an event. All the amenities were awesome to have. I wish I could have stayed longer. It was close enough to so much but far away enough for piece and quiet.

We LOVED our time in AZ. Brandon and Tina were such awesome hosts! We weren't looking for a huge home to spread out in but rather a comfy place where we could rest at night in between our days of hiking and enjoying the beautiful outdoors. The space was just right for this. And we loved how well thought out the use of the space was. While small in size every part of the space was creatively put to use and provided everything needed - a place to sleep, relax, eat, and even do laundry! Plus we could sit outside and enjoy the quiet and beautiful country setting right in the middle of town. We loved the special touches from the decor, to the comfortable beds, and the wonderful array of breakfast items - fresh fruit, eggs, bread, coffee and juice and more! All of this for a perfect price! Brandon and Tina were so kind and accommodating. We whole-heartedly recommend staying here and hope to do so again ourselves!

Super cool people, accommodating and friendly. Cool little spot in sunny Gilbert, relaxing, private, and a great value. The fresh eggs from the hens I saw roaming around the grounds were the fluffiest and most delicious I think I've ever had! Great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The studio apartment was exactly as advertised - clean, wonderful location and great hosts. The owners have even added comfy padded rockers and a firepit to the outdoor guest area. The preserve nearby was an added bonus we walked to often during our 2 week stay. We appreciated the fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, juice and stocked coffee assortment upon arrival. We plan to stay there again on our next trip to the valley. Thank you Tina and Brandon.

Small, cozy & well stocked with breakfast foods, coffee, etc. Very pleasant & peaceful atmosphere. It had good signage of what was needed for a great stay.
