We loved the modern laid back decor in this beautiful Luana and the two master suites and third bed/bath worked perfectly for our family. The location was very convenient to the beach and also a great home base for day trips. So nice to have a beautiful kitchen and lanai for cooking and eating. We also appreciated the beach and snorkel gear. The on-site manager was very responsive.

Fantastic unit located in perfect proximity to the pools and the beach - perfect for a large family. We ended up with some intermittent bad weather and loved being able to have the space to lounge, cook and relax. The owner and property manager were very responsive too. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay as we celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary. Great location, spacious floor plan, amenities on point. Perfect for our family getaway.

This villa is beautifully decorated and very spacious with tons of storage space. We were there for 10 days for a family celebration and didn’t want to leave. I’m missing the wonderful dinners on the lanai and can’t wait to return!

This was best condo we have rented. The indoor/outdoor spaces were perfect for our multigenerational family. The access to the pools, beach, boardwalk and amenities of the resort were very nice and convenient.

There’s a small pool near the condos which allowed for some quieter pool time without being around large groups. Newer condos with plenty of space for friends and family.

This property was everything we could have asked for. The unit looked identical to the pictures and was fully equipped with everything we needed for our vacation. We had two infants with us, and it was so nice to have booster chairs and pack n plays provided so that we did not have to travel with extra weight. Our teenagers were happy as well, as the outdoor closet provided bogey boards, chairs, pool toys, etc. that kept them occupied. The property manager and owner were attentive throughout our entire stay. They answered any questions we had immediately, and even checked in throughout our stay to see if they could do anything to help us have an amazing trip. I was thoroughly impressed with the communication. We will definitely return and hope to stay again in Luana 1B.

Lovely residence, clean, well supplied with everything we needed. Location was perfect for us. View, tranquil, pools, hot tubs, ocean very nearby, shopping, etc. And no waiting for an elevator!!! No long walks down hotel corridors. We loved it!

We usually stay in this area but never at the Villas and it was a wonderful change. Beautiful space with lots of convenient amenities not only in the villa itself (beach gear, blender, & night lights for little ones) but around the property too. Unfortunately we stayed during a heavy storm but the games in the closet came in handy when we were stuck inside for a few days. Highly recommend for families!

The property was clean and welcoming. We were able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted to. It is close to all Kanapali and Lahaina has to offer like Beaches, restaurants, activities etc. The property manager Bobby was very responsive and helpful. Had a great time. Will definitely consider this property when we are back in Maui the next time.

The Luana 1B unit was beautiful. Check in and check out was easy and convenient.

Our stay at Luana 1B on Kaanapali was spectacular. For our family of 5 this beautiful ground floor condo was just perfect. Everyone was happy. We would stay here again for sure.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The place was spotless! The kitchen was well equipped with high end appliances and accessories. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space. There was even an outdoor closet filled with beach gear! I would highly recommend this property and host!

This place is awesome. Great sunset close to dukes awesome snorkeling and late night waves. The kids had a great time using your buggie boards. Would recommend this to anyone looking.

property was as described. conveniently located, spacious, clean. kitchen was well equipped. included beach gear like boogie boards and chairs. owner brandon helped us get rental cars too, which was really helpful. all around great stay.

Very impressed with the unit we stayed. The pictures looked just like the listing. The resort was wonderful and the grounds were stunning. Pools were a hit with all 3 kids. Beach is within walking distance from unit, just under 5 minutes. Wonderful!

We had a fantastic time at Honua Kai. The Lanai is outstanding... we ate most of our meals out there. The giant sun shade and bug screen make it so you can basically live in the Lanai. The rooms are new, updated, and very comfortable.

Luana 1B is an amazing villa! The location was close to everything, the beach, pools, and Duke's. My family and I loved that the villa was on the ground floor and had a lovely Lanai. The villa had everything we needed, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and so much more for the beach! It was also clean, modern looking, and had all of the household amenities needed. My family and I loved the spaciousness of the villa as well and sitting out on the Lanai. Brandon has been a wonderful property owner to partner with. He is very pleasant, informative, professional, and answered the many questions I had along the way and leading up to our trip. We will definitely stay here again and even recommended to a few other couples/families that we met in Maui during our time there. Best time ever! Thank you!

Everything was perfect for the family on our stay in Maui!! Brandon and Monty are excellent to work with. The room was as advertised and beyond.

As good as the other reviews say. Massive and beautifully furnished. Honua Kai is great in general, but we especially liked having access to the smaller and much less crowded Luana pools. Closet full of beach gear was great. Grill was great. Very, very comfortable. Property manager was available but not intrusive.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Luana 1B Villa at Honua Kai Resort! This unit felt like a stand alone home rather than a condo. We chose to stay here during COVID so that we could cook our own meals and not have to go through a hotel lobby with other guests like we would on a typical vacation. It was so spacious, had a great layout, and was very clean! We loved the contemporary design and beautiful high quality furniture. Some rentals are usually filled with cheap furniture and poor design but this villa really felt like a 5 star resort. The villa came with everything we needed including a blender, insta-pot, snorkeling gear, umbrellas, beach chairs, Alexa music, and even a box of "welcome chocolates". This unit probably had the best view and was located at the most ideal spot of all the other villas. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach / boardwalk. These villas have 3 separate pools that the Honua Kai guests cannot access which was great. We generally had the pool to ourselves. This unit is a wonderful choice for anyone looking to get away from reality! The property manager Monty and owner Brandon were easy to communicate with and we could tell they really wanted us to enjoy our vacation. We would definitely stay there again!
