Staying in this palace of a home was a dream come true - We arrived and were welcomed with open arms by the concierge and cleaning staff. We used all 7 bedrooms in the home for this 40th birthday celebration and it was nice to find a place that could house our friend group. One of the reasons I chose this home in particular, is the proximity to Dubronik, the newness of the home, and it being right on the water. Our group had a blast jumping right in the ocean from our own private water front area, and rinsing off with the warm water hose, then continuing to swim in the infinity pool. For food, I would recommend ordering lots of groceries in advance. Nearby you'll find two restaurants on the beach within a 5 minute walk; we ate at these places multiple times. We also enlisted the help of the concierge recommended chef, and it was one of the BEST meals I've ever had, and only at about 90 euro per person! To get to town, you can simply order an Uber for approx 20 euro - they were accessible and easy. What an experience this was - this palace made for some epic times and memories that will last forever!

You have made our holiday feel like a dream. From our peaceful arrival to everyday making us feel at home. You have taken care of everything and made our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The villa is beautiful and location fantastic, which was enhanced by the care and attention of the villa team. Nothing has been too much trouble and we are very grateful to all of you. This is probably the best villa in Croatia with amazing location and great services. Consigliere were non stop on disposal, and would like to thank you all of them for this oustanding vacation.

Everything about this property was perfect. Amenities, location. Every detail was perfect. The service of the concierge and staff was of the highest caliber from chef to the tours organized to the host. We are already planning a return. My family has visited over 60 countries and stayed in countless villas. Not a single villa we have ever stayed at even comes close. Fantastic!

Great Villa. Great view: great service and amenities. Excellent place to rest, unplug your self, and share time with people you love. The villa was spacious, very clean and had a great layout. Breakfast, lunch or dinner on the balcony with views over the islands. We would absolutely visit again If I was not set on seeing the rest of the world!

Without doubt, the most luxurious villa we have ever stayed in. The interior was well planned and very comfortable and spacious. Outside lovely pool had fantastic view of the islands and mountains. The setting was perfect, quiet and rural but only a short drive to the the city. And the weather in October was perfect also. We were very sad to leave!

The villa seemed brand new and the terraces and pool where perfect for us and the children. service is excellent, responsive and efficient, not mentioning the kindness of the people. Close to the city, close to restaurants that Hamdy recommend us. We had amazing boat excursions around the island. We have really enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed only two days in this villa during summertime. weather was nice but lots of wind so we couldn't use outside facilities a lot. However, villa is pure luxury. It is amazing and spacious, not to mentions that has all equipment and it is also SMART house. All functions are on iPad. Staff is so professional and gave us all tips and tricks during our stay.
