Condo had everything we needed , very well supplied. lots of beach towels, Layout of condo was nice, lots of room. Master bed could be better. But all in all great.

We absolutely loved this place. It's location on the beach is perfect. It's just minutes from many attractions and amazing restaurants. Just minutes from Flagler, which is a huge plus to me because I LOVE Flagler. The house is way more perfect than it seems on VRBO. The family loved being steps from the pool and the beach. The adults loved the fact that the condo was so well stocked. We wanted for nothing. and we all can't wait to come back again!!!

The only reason I wouldn’t recommend this property is the hopes that you won’t book it before me! Amazing.

The condo was great although the second master and third bedroom did not include TV's. I was surprised by that. The condo layout was great, lots of space, well stocked. location was great and liked the first floor. However, the property manager was very difficult to deal with, not responsive to efforts to problem solve. The manager was actually rude during a conversation with her. As a whole, the were very rule bound and the property wasn't especially kid friendly. lots of restrictions in the pool area, and frequent redirections from the office toward the guests. Also parking availability was terrible. There are not enough spots for units and the prospect of parking in a public lot two blocks away from the complex was unacceptable. Given the challenges we were having, we were cautioned that being towed was a possibility. All of these considerations would keep me from staying at this complex in the future.

The owners did a great job outfitting the condo. The beds and couch were very comfortable and roomy and well outfitted with towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The condo management however, is very intrusive. They came out to the pool every 15 minutes to reiterate rules that we were not breaking and telling the kids to settle down because they were afraid they might get hurt, and not put our things on the ground but put them on the chair?!? Which didn’t make sense, I think they were trying to make it clear that they were watching our every move. I wasn’t impressed with the lack of amenities such as paper towels, Kleenex, hand soap at the sinks, but when I wrote the management company, they sent supplies over right away.

This was a fabulous condo location. It was right on the beach and very close to the pool. The WiFi is very weak and had trouble with the cable. Took a couple days to fix but I think this might have been due to storm. It is very difficult to find the condo on the complex as it is tucked away in the corner. The condo is well stocked with everything needed.
