We loved the location of the condo in the property and how close it was to things like the rainforest and other beaches. The location was quiet and peaceful. The condo was clean but needs its air conditioners cleaned as they are dirty and moldy which happens with mini splits. They worked well though. They used lots of air fresheners which we unplugged when we got there as they bother our allergies. Once removing the air fresheners it didn't smell stale or bad. We didn't use anything really in the kitchen. Beds were fine. We enjoyed our stay.

The villa was perfect for our family of four, including two young adult sons. Incredibly comfortable beds in both rooms and plenty of room for all to spread out, including a great outside covered patio. Pools and beach about a .8 mile walk across the golf course. Great location to visit El Yunque NP (10 min drive), Old San Juan (about 40 minutes drive) and the Bioluminescent bay in the NE corner of the island. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Check in was easy and the manager answered our questions quickly. The condo was clean and well equipped. We loved the pool and the beach. There are quite a few stairs so would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues, however there was a back entrance that you could drive around to to load and off load your luggage. You do need a car to get around. House was a bit musty smelling when we arrived but after a few hours of the air-conditioning being on, the smell.goes away. Would definitely love to go back!

This condo was super spacious, pretty and clean. It has a lovely little patio as well and its proximity to the golf clubhouse and the main resort, pools and beach were also a plus. It was a v nice community and also close to local restaurants. We visited Luquillo beach which was a short drive away and enjoyed the pools and beach at the resort. Also did a day trip to Old San Juan - not that far of a drive. Owners were super responsive if we needed them. Great condo and would recommend. We had a great time.

Great location- close to Yunque and also the beaches. Pools were nice. It was the little things that really impressed me: coolers and chairs for the beach, beach blankets and umbrellas. Tons of space and the best little patio/ outside area. Thanks for a great time!

This place was perfect for our stay! The property was clean and easy to check in and out, great spot for a large family/friends wanting to stay in one house. The location was near the beaches and restaurants, would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely amazing place and extremely spacious. Only feedback I have as someone who has not visited the area before is I booked first floor expecting no stairs and that wasn’t the case. Thankfully the person who couldn’t do stairs was unable to join us, so the rest of us were fine with the stairs. Very grateful for the location and everything available at the condo!

The villa is in a perfect location to enjoy El Yunque National Park and the beach at the resort. The host was responsive and even allowed early check in so we could sleep after our overnight flight. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The property was very clean, the location is absolutely beautiful, there are tons of activities within 5-15 minutes by car. Golf, tennis, beach and restaurants are less than a 5 minute drive within a very secure and gorgeous resort. We will be going there many times in the future. The owner was very nice and responded immediately to my calls.

The condo is roomy and welcoming! The bedrooms are huge and the beds very comfortable. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We had friends staying at the Margarettaville condos so spent most of our time there.

We didn't feel safe. The lock on the door wasn't secure. There were no blinds or curtains on the windows in the living area and anyone can look in with no problem. Getting to the villa was the hardest thing with older people and luggage. There was no hot water in the kitchen. There wasn't enough toilet tissue to last for our stay and the response I got from the host wasn't good. The place is outdated and needs an upgrade. This was the worst place I've ever stayed in and for the price I paid I was looking for more "pictures are deceiving".

The property was easy to get to from San Juan. Arrival was super easy, the instructions were very clear. The property manager was very responsive. The living area is a little awkward but overall it’s excellent. Bonus the beds are comfy.

villa was clean spacious and close to restaurants, beach and rain forest. It had everything to make our stay easy and pleasant. We rented a car, but it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the community pool on the beach. The villa had beach chairs (which we didn't need because the beach had lounge chairs), ice machine and coolers to take beverages to the beach. We ate at 5 O'clock somewhere a couple days, which is a bar by the Wyndham pool and had great adult beverages there. We left the resort to drive 5-10 minutes away for different restaurants/kiosks. My favorite breakfast place was a couple miles away called 18 degrees. They had great smoothies and açaí bowls. The resort and villa were beautiful, peaceful and relaxing which is just what we were looking for.

This was our first vrbo vacation and it was great! Condo was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The gated community was lovely and there are wonderful restaurants in the area. Communication with the owner was excellent. Overall, wonderful vacation!!!!

I learned this the hard way - let my experience be WARNING to all good people to NOT stay at this property! You can find a much better property and host for your stay! My family of 7 (including 3 kids under the age of 7) arrived after a long day of travel to arrive at this dark, dank, moldy smelling apartment which is a bottom corner unit. There was no electricity or air conditioning when we arrived, and mind you it is tropical heat, VERY humid and hot outside. There was water leaking all over the floor and what appeared to be droplets of water forming on the kitchen ceiling. I called Carlos, the host whose number is listed as your contact, by email (to which he didn't respond) and then by phone (which he didn't answer). We had already been at the property for about a half hour already so I called him again. He was extremely rude and before I could even explain why I was calling he said "I was in a meeting! That's why I didn't pick up!" He said it like he was very annoyed and inconcenienced that I even called him! So I politely explained that it was urgent and told him the issue. He said "there is nothing I can do about that". That was literally his answer! So I told him we have to find another place and that I would be contacting VRBO for a refund. Then by text, he told me to please wait until 6pm to see if the electic came back. So we took our hungry and exhausted kids to eat something at the local kioskos while we waited. Meanwhile, there was a very kind cleaning lady who saw me practically intears the moment he said he couldn't do anything, and she took it upon herself to connect us to a local property that was available. So by the time it was 8pm and we had finished eating my 2 year old was so tired. We had been up since 4am catching an early flight with the hope we could settle in. And Carlos is still asking us to wait around when we needed shelter immediately for the children. When I told him we had found another property for our stay, he had the nerve to threaten not to return the money if the electric had come back on by then! He said that he was nearby and would go check to see if it was on. By now I knew this guy is trying to hustle and rob me. So I went to the property and took a video as evidence should he falsely claim that the electic came back on. The whole thing was just sad, that he could have cared less if we slept in the car. He had no care or concern for our wellbeing and took no responsibility for the property.
