I literally can’t think of another thing this property could have. Sauna, hot tub, easy hiking, perfect kitchen games, great television… It had it all.

This property is stunning! A fantastic secluded sanctuary with great amenities and plenty of space to spread out. We loved sitting by the pool, relaxing in the hot tub and sauna, and enjoying some games of pool in the evening. The property is also a 10 minute walk from the reservoir, which was beautiful as well. Great location with only a short drive to downtown Wilmington. We were sad to leave, but know we will definitely be back.

Overall great stay! Very responsive/attentive host (Dmitry) checked in on us several times, and responded almost immediately to questions/concerns. Beautiful location and amenities were enjoyed by all. Is as advertised on VRBO. Highly recommend this spot - won’t be disappointed!

We had a fantastic time. The house gave everyone plenty of space to hang out or spend time apart. The lake is a short walk from the house and was a really fantastic place to spend the day swimming, eating and laying around. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Given all of the positive reviews we had read, we had high expectations before our visit. Those expectations were exceeded. The property is as beautiful and spacious as described and pictured. It also afforded a high degree of privacy. It met all of the needs of our wide-ranging group of 18, which had gathered together to celebrate a milestone anniversary. Everyone was very comfortably accommodated in both bedroom and living space. The kitchen was also large and well-equipped. The swimming pool was beautiful and the billiard and ping pong tables in the separate game room came in especially handy on a few rainy days. The wifi and home entertainment were excellent. The property is a 5 minute drive to Shaw's, a large and well-stocked supermarket, and close to other shops and suitable activities. Dmitry is the consummate property manager - very accessible and responsive. We had some unique needs, which he went out of his way to accommodate. All in all, the perfect place for our family celebration. Highly recommended!

Perfect Vermont home to stay with friends and family. The house is roomy, clean, and the location is amazing. Plenty of seating outside and inside for family breakfasts and dinners. Kitchen has all that you need to prep for meals. The house is located 5 minutes from town and walking distance to the reservoir. Haystack golf course is only an 8 minute drive. The kids loved the guest house with recreation room that housed a billiard table and ping pong table. The pool, hot tub and sauna are fun activities in the summer. The large screen television is perfect for family movie night. Dmitry was a wonderful responsive host. He left a wonderful welcome night and bottle of wine. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning soon!

Dmitry is a responsive and detail oriented host. From check-in to check-out, he made our stay enjoyable and worry free. The home is BEAUTIFUL and in a great location. My extended family and I loved being all together - outdoors, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and firepit; indoors - the bedrooms and common spaces were comfortable and appealing. Everything about this property was simply perfect!

The Boyd House was home for a week for our 3 generation family group with our 5 sons & their families, 23 total this year. We enjoyed a first class experience in a quiet, secluded beautifully appointed home with a lodge feel and all amenities. Very well equipped kitchen, unique giant slab dining tables with tree stump bases, game room, pool, hot tub, sauna were all enjoyed. The grounds around the home were well maintained and landscaped. Our host, Dmitry, was attentive and easy to work with, and can be justly proud of his home and the guest house. We were all pleased to share them for a great week in Vermont. Plenty of activities, shopping, and local restaurants in Wilmington and other nearby towns. This property should be high on anyone's list for a memorable family or group vacation. Jim from KY

We were a group of ~25 people, with kids and two puppies. Location was great and property immaculate. Excellent response from owner/handyman after a heater went down due to thunderstorm, they came in and turned it back on within 20-25 minutes. Everything was perfect and clean, would definitely come again.

This property is very special and Dmitry was a wonderful host. We had a gathering of 16 older adults celebrating a birthday here for the weekend, and the house and grounds absorbed this crowd perfectly. The amenities and supplies in the house are excellent. Its also a beautiful location near a lake and sweet town. Hope to return sometime.

We spent an amazing weekend celebrating my mother's eighty fifth birthday , 17 members of the family, al comfortable and pampered.

All the comforts of home and more. Great layout for multi-family gatherings with 2 living rooms - large kitchen and dining room tables to seat all. Beds were comfortable and the house was spotless when we arrived. The hot tub and sauna were a hit after skiing all day. The house came stocked with wood for the fire place. Owner was always just a text away with any questions and prompt in answering. Can't wait to go back next year.

This was an outstanding property and Dmitry was very active in checking and making sure everything was what we expected. It’s perfect! First class all the way- in every aspect of the house.

Our group of friends + our families booked this property for a winter getaway. Despite being the coldest weekend of the winter, we had a great time. We were able to spend more time at the property due to the mountain conditions. When there was an issue with the heating due to the unusually cold temps, the property owner and his crew were there working to fix it immediately. Even bringing in space heaters. The guest house with game room was fun for both the kids and adults in our group - ping pong tournament!! The hot tub and sauna were nice after a day of skiing. Our only note is that the upstairs rooms (4) share one bathroom, which wasn’t ideal - but still workable. You won’t be sorry if you book this house!!

Our Family of 20 thoroughly enjoyed our weekend together at this beautiful retreat. The home and all its amenities were perfect, and both cozy and warm. Our host Dmitry Was welcoming and always available to answer any questions. We hope to return again someday. This is a true luxury rental property with everything you could possibly want.

Converged with a group of 18 family member over the holidays for some bonding, skiing and general winter fun. House was perfect for us. Beautiful setting. Very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Great sauna and hot tub. Great game room. Everyone loved it. And Dmitry was very helpful when any issues arose... even on Christmas! Family had a great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property for a family reunion with 19 family members ranging in age from 1 year old to 76 years old. The house had PLENTY of space with comfortable bedrooms and a lot of areas to hang out (backyard, main living room, game room, kitchen area). Our kids LOVED the pool and hot tub and the house was incredibly comfortable and had all of the amenities we could ask for. The property manager was very responsive (we had an issue with the WiFi one day but it was quickly resolved) and were in constant communication ensuring that we had a great stay. There were a lot of activities in the area that we enjoyed (hikes/walks, fishing & swimming at the Harriman reservoir, renting a boat from High Country Marine, white water rafting, etc.) so we had a wonderful week enjoying all that Vermont has to offer. I highly recommend this property to anyone that has a large group and like the outdoors and a beautiful setting in beautiful Vermont. No complaints at all, we would come back for sure.

This property was perfect for our reunion for our family of 28! We filled up the house and the guest house with all our family members. There's a great backyard with an amazing table that seated our whole family, two BBQs, a hot tub, pool, and a game room (located in the guest house). Dmitry was also very helpful with answering our many questions prior to arriving, during the trip, and even after the trip when a few family members left items behind. We had a true Vermont experience with a bear in the neighborhood trying to get into the garbage shed. As soon as we let Dmitry know he drove by to help us out and patched up the shed in the pouring rain so we wouldn't have any more problems. We had a few other minor questions and needs and he was quick to accommodate us. There is a lake within 15 min walking distance and about 3.5 minute driving distance away. The kids had so much fun there. We also found multiple places to hike within 15 minutes of the house. We celebrated 4 birthday parties and had so much space to lounge and hang out as a family. The concierge service also helped us set up a yoga class at the house! You will not regret your trip to Wilmington and staying at this house.

This is our third year doing a full family vacation. Each time in a new location. Vermont did not disappoint. We had a fabulous time, house was perfect for 22 people. I would recommend this.

We had a great time at Dmitry’s beautiful house. The house is very well stocked, clean and fit our group of 22 people, easily and comfortably! We spent a lot of time in the kitchen and at the grill cooking and ate outside by the pool at the huge outdoor table. The beds are comfortable as are the rooms. Good storage space! The pool and the jacuzzi were a major highlight. The house us 10 min walk from a large and beautiful lake in a nature preservation, which has picnic tables and grills. We had a great time and I while- heartedly recommend the house for large gatherings!!

Dmitry was the perfect host from start to finish, he was very responsive, answered all our questions (there were a lot) and was very accommodating. One day we had a big snow storm and Dmitry proactively text us to reassure us of backup generators and plowing service. The house is just incredible, my wife commented that she has never stayed in such a well cleaned Vrbo. The furnishings are exceptional and everything is very high-end. We are already planning to come back this summer and next ski-season.
