Would stay there again. Enjoyed our stay. Could use some pot holders and standard size pillows.

Great location. Perfect for a 3 night stay. BUT. We had 5 or 6 cockroaches / palmetto bugs- some dead some alive. We were told they're very common but we've stayed at ram sea two buildings down for years and never had one of those in our units. It was gross to know our unit had a cockroach problem. Hard to sleep. One live one was in the bathtub so we couldn't shower until it died and we could move it. Communication with owner was great- very prompt with responses.

This unit is a really good place for a couple to stay because it quite small. The listing is accurate and the room was tidy. It was nice that there was also dedicated parking. We were there during peak vacation season and the beach was never very crowded. We were also able to rent chairs right on the beach so we could just walk out of the room and be in our chairs right on the gulf in just a few minutes. You could easily stay in Redington for your entire stay if you are looking for something more relaxed since and ther are plenty of places to eat and a Publix that is not too far away. However, Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach are just a short drive away if you want to do more. We really enjoyed our time there.

We had a great time. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the ocean. The pool was very nice and clean too. The room itself was good too. You go to the beach for the beach, not the room, so nothing was unexpected there. Would recommend, especially if you have a young child (mine is 6) and make several trips back to the room for random things.

My friend and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and the location is amazing! You are truly steps away from the beautiful ocean. We were close enough to walk to some restaurants.
I think the house it self could use a few upgrades. The faucet it the bathroom was a bit loose and there was a sewer smell that was most noticeable in the mornings.
Plenty of towels and linens were provided and we felt safe there. We would stay again.

Our host was very quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect. There was only one minor issue with the room, but it wasn't anything we couldn't deal with. We loved our stay at Redington Beach.

Postives:Location was ideal, space was clean
Negatives: sewage smell from bathroom overwhelming, it was too late to leave and find other accommodations. We were able to get it touch with owner the next morning, he refunded the next night (one of two night stay). Space was clean but very dark and dated.,Owner was going to get a maintenance person to investigate and fix bathroom issue. We checked out before the outcome.
Lastly the address on the listing is incorrect, we drove and walked around for 40 minutes before we realized it was a typo on BRVO and email correspondence.

Great place for 2. Within a few steps you are at beach. No need to pack a cooler it’s so close you can go back to room and refill. We would definitely stay there again

The condo was amazing and it was perfect for the 2 of us for a nice warm get away! The only thing is the bathroom smelt like sewer but as long as the door was kept shut it was doable! Other than that perfect location and will look at renting again in the future!

My partner and I stayed for a long weekend and we loved it! The owners were very communicative and let us check out a little later so we could continue to enjoy the beach. Which is merely footsteps from your door. A+++

This little condo was perfect for the 3 of us ( myself,wife and son) it was right on beautiful Reddington beach which was perfect to be able to see the amazing sunsets everyday! The unit was exactly as advertised and the owners were absolutely amazing to deal with and answered every question we had . The resort is clean and well kept! I would recommend this place to anybody looking to spend sometime on the beach! Thanks for everything Robert! Cheers

The unit was perfect for our Honeymoon. 5 steps and you’re on the beach. Also very close to a lot of restaurants and shops. And Clearwater Beach is about a 20 min drive. We loved it, and will be staying there again in the future!

All the necessities right on the beach and walking distance to dining, the most comfortable bed! Very clean! Ranking this one of our best stays on the gulf! We even got to swim with the dolphins and a manatee right on our beach we were staying at! Also absolutely loved the pool! We would definitely stay again!

This property is on the beach and perfect to go between the room and the beach to put on more sunblock or grab a snack. This is a perfect location to walk to a few restaurants in the evening too.

The resort is small and cozy. Unit 5 was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The unit is quite small, but would be good for a couple. It is very convenient to the pool, the parking lot, and the beach. Our only inconvenience was the pool was very hot. It was like swimming in a hot tub. Someone in the office said they were trying to turn the heater off. That didn't happen this week, but maybe it will soon. Also the pool is not oceanside if that is important to you. All in all we had a great stay and really liked the area!

Nice little one bedroom unit with kitchen and living room right on the beach (literally - less than a minute walk from your beach chair to the unit). Clean, quiet, and within very easy walking distance to restaurants and small stores.

It was clean, very easy checkin. Lots of beach toys. Would have preferred a better view but access to beach was right outside the door. Communication with owner was excellent. Room was well stocked, had a good time.

We really enjoyed our stay here right on the beach. The condo is right across from the pool so it can get a little noisy but never bothered us. I loved walking to the beach just a few steps from our condo.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway at Redington Beach. The property is clean and had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded. The pool and lounge area are right outside the room and the beach is literally steps away. Plenty of places to eat, drink and shop as well.

The condo is literally steps to the beach and pool! No need to load a wagon or cross a street. There were nice restaurants near by, with many you could walk to. The check-in was so easy, which we appreciate. The condo is clean and well stocked for a few days at the beach. The owners were quick to respond to communication leading up to the stay.

I booked this property for a client for a short stay before their Caribbean cruise. They were more than happy with the property and said it was extremely clean. Will definitely keep this property in mind for the future.

The apartment was exactly as shown. Everything we needed was there even a small soft cooler to take some beverages to the beach or pool. Robert was very attentive the one time we did need to call him and even sent us an wonderful welcome email with everything we needed to know prior to us arriving. Will definitely list this as one of our favorite rentals!! Next time we head to Redington Beach this will be the first place we check for! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

to elaborate on the TV situation would be good. It's a streaming situation. one remote turns it on and then the other controls it. Room darkening curtains for the bedroom would be good. A light shines in there all night long. Otherwise great.
