We had a wonderful stay. The property is just large enough for our family of four to stay comfortably. Perfectly located. Minor issues: With open windows at night for natural cooling, the unit is close enough to downtown to be occasionally awakened by loud noises. Parking is extremely tight, three point turns were standard for the 90 degree turn into/out of the garage. When a car parked in front of the unit to the right, a nine point turn was required. Bonus points: Our AC unit failed on July 3. The service technician diagnosed the problem on July 4 and the unit was fully operational the morning of July 5.

Location, location, location! Downtown within walking distance of shops, Thursday night farmers market, restaurants. Very clean and beautiful home. Kitchen was well-equipped. The pictures don't do it justice. It was nice having a desk in the second bedroom (where my husband worked). Internet speed was excellent. It was convenient having a bathroom on each floor. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Really enjoyed our family stay here, it felt like a home away from home. We loved the open concept kitchen. Management was very easy to communicate with. Neighbors were lovely, so many great shops and parks within walking distance. Very thoroughly clean, except areas for improvement are that the rubber seal on the washer really needs to be replaced (mold) and the rugs could use a wash. Everything else was perfect.

We were there for a month and overall we would highly recommend. Very helpful team especially Harley. Pluses: Walking distance to restaurants and bars, modern and well equipped (kitchen, linen, laundry detergents, etc.), airy + light, split level A/C and off street parking. Minuses: Tight garage space and a bit noisy with the windows open because of location next to main business area.

We enjoyed everything about our two-month rental and highly recommend it. However, you must enjoy stairs and have a small auto. The only suggestion we have is to place a large tv in the living room and take the small one upstairs to the bedroom.

Walk everywhere enjoying SLO downtown shops, countless restaurants,, historic neighborhoods, nearby parks, and mountain hikes. This listing has location, location location. The unit’s bottom story is compact but has a bed and desk and a 2 piece bath. The light fixture in the bath needs to be brighter. The second floor is the living space with a lovely lounger couch. It is very attractive. The television Ste is a bit small for the space. The kitchen is well appointed. There is a powder room on this floor and an outdoor balcony. The third floor is sleeping quarters with a washer and dryer, walk-in closet and full bath. Each floor has an independent heating/cooling system. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week stay. Hopefully if you have a car you and park in the garage you will have a partner who can jump out and guide you so you don’t hit anything in the narrow awkward space.

Great location, within walking distance to downtown SLO. For guests looking to work remotely, the internet was sufficient the whole stay (I'm a software engineer with lots of virtual meetings). The garage is very tight - our crossover just cleared the mirrors - but it was nice to have a garage where we could lock up our bikes and car. There was a minor hitch on checkin where the VRBO instructions didn't match the ones Cindy sent, but we got in and I think she has fixed that. There's a bathroom on each floor but the shower is on the 3rd floor and could use some extra towel racks. I would come here again and would recommend the condo to friends and family.
