We were more than happy with our stay. Clean, quiet, nice views along the riverside, close walls to everything in downtown Helen & elsewhere - We were not disappointed!! We highly recommend and we plan on returning for another visit to Helen very soon!!!

I called the office and they thought it was because it had just been cleaned and probably had not been own but as the night went on it really never cooed down. Luckily with all the fans in the rooms we made it through the night. The next morning I called and Hal came right over. He determined it was frozen up and called the service company. It got fixed around 2 pm. We have stayed in this condo for at least 8-10 years but the traffic in Helen is so bad now we may have to find another place. You can’t get into a restaurant anywhere, anytime. Hal the maintenance guy was wonderful. Oh the shrubbery outside the condo is in dyer need of trimming.

The condo was very clean and within walking distance to town. The property has easy access to the river which we sat by every afternoon and watched/talked to the tubers. The management company was super nice and handled some of our issues with professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Condo was very clean and well stocked . We love the condo and the river out back. The location was great. We are thinking about making a trip back and staying here if it is available.

This apartment is spacious and immaculate. The location is perfect being right on the river. Beds are comfortable. Perfect for doing laundry, grilling out and relaxing. If you are staying long term, there is no great place for your clothes like a drawers in either bedroom. Only the closet. Also wish we had a toaster as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This property was perfect for what we wanted. The doors open up to the river view and the screened porch is just lovely.

I did attempt to give cancellation notice, but I never did receive any response (I didn't anticipate any refund). This is perhaps something VRBO can improve upon.

Very quite nice place with plenty of room.The 2.5 baths came in handy. Easy access to all the fun. Pretty Creek on back side of Condo. TV's have Roku with all the Apps. Very Clean!! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay for a mini vacation. The only bad thing was the stay was too short. Location was great. The property and apartment (I guess it would be considered) was absolutely fabulous. We will be returning!

Reviewer Comments: We (two adults & toddler) thoroughly enjoyed our time together at this beautiful, spacious, peaceful creekside condo perfectly within walking distance of Helen's Alpine Village. (Saving $10 for parking everywhere). The fireplace was warm and cozy, we enjoyed lunch on the porch, and at naptime, the master bedroom was dark enough toddler-approved. We enjoyed opening the doors to the balconies for fresh mountain air into our bedrooms. 1st overnight trip with my toddler and 1st time visiting Helen, GA. The customer service team was extremely helpful when we called and prompt response time from the after hours too. We were hoping the condo would have had a recycling container. We'd highly recommend this gorgeous condo! We loved it!

The only issue we had was the timing of the locks being off and we couldn’t get in right at check in time. Other than that everything was amazing!!

This location was perfect for the Oktoberfest festivities and the size of the unit was great. Both bedrooms had their own full bath and there was a half bath accessible to the living area. The front porch was perfect to enjoy the fall weather and leaf viewing.

Within walking distance to town. Property was well kept. We will be staying here again!

There is only one bed side table and lamp which made it difficult to read at night and no place to put anything. No lamps in the living room so you had to have the overhead lights on at night. A few upgrades and this would be one of the best places to stay in Helen.

If you enjoy fishing the river this place is perfect. The Chattahoochee is within 30 yards of the back of the condo. You are also within a 5-10 min walk from everything in town. they have everything you need and feel right at home as soon as you walk in. My unit was very clean and tidy, I have no complaints there. Just open the door, let the breeze blow through and enjoy yourself

OUR STAY WAS WONDERFUL. THE PACE WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR.

This was the perfect location for walking in downtown Helen. Beautiful backyard view. It was very clean and was perfect for our family of four. We loved the Christmas tree and decorations that really added to our experience. With very young kids just watch out for the glass fireplace cover that can get very hot when lit. We had the perfect stay and would love to return!
