This house was perfect for my larger family of seven mostly adult kids. The walking distance to the beach, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our experience. The pool was wonderful and provided some calm waters in comparison to the ocean which we had so much fun at too. All the shells you can carry and miles of soft sand and surf. The location for restaurants and shops was a nice contrast to the busier downtown area and the house had everything we needed to eat in when we wanted to do that too. We would stay again the next time we visit. Thanks for a memorable trip!

8 friends enjoyed relaxing at a spacious house with beautiful light that came through the windows most of the day. The roof deck and living room are wonderful. Our hosts were extremely excellent at communication, as well as helping us out when needed. We really appreciate it! Highly recommend.

We can’t say enough positives about this property and our experience from confirmation to check-out. The home is spacious, bright, sparkling clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with thoughtful touches to make your stay seamless. This home is a stone’s throw from the beach, but with all of its amenities, you might find yourself sinking into the oversized sofa, hanging out in the chef’s kitchen, or a sun-soaked yoga session on the enormous roof deck! At every turn our hosts provided thoughtful information and guidance to make sure all our questions were answered before they’d even crossed our minds. Would absolutely stay here again and again— ideal for a large group or a family get away from it all. We are still daydreaming about the incredible rain/additional side jet showers…

Beautiful, clean and spacious beach home for a brief holiday stay with our kids and their plus ones. Super convenient to Charleston, beach and pickle ball courts. Loved the giant couch so we could all hang out in common area and play games. Enjoyed the hot tub as well. All around 5-stars! Would stay here again:)

This was my first time renting a VRBO and the experience was very positive, and working with the owners of Sun, Sea and Stars was delightful. Steven and Sarah sent emails and text messages to let me know all of the details to help guide me through this first time experience. They also included very helpful local sightseeing options and restaurants we might consider to make our stay more interesting. They were very hospitable with the timing of their text messages: they welcomed us upon our arrival, offered additional services during our stay, and then thanked us for staying at their property. The online property pictures don't do justice to the beauty of the property that can only be seen in person. The southern charm of this home made our Charleston experience complete. The owners of this property thought of everything! The home was not only beautiful, but also made for a very comfortable retreat. The home is so convenient to the beach and just a short drive from the airport as well as close to the beauty of downtown Charleston. I would highly recommend staying a Sun, Sea and Stars.

This past weekend we stayed at Sun, Sea, and Stars for a girls weekend. We all are in our 30's and needed some quality time together away from our husbands, families, and significant others. It would be an understatement to say that this long weekend was the best weekend I have had in a really long time. It was filled with relaxing moments and some really fun, exciting moments. The house was literally PERFECT! Most beautiful house I have probably ever stayed in. The amenities were great, the pool, the outdoor shower, the rooftop deck, the gorgeous kitchen, above and beyond. There was enough space on the turf area in the backyard to hire a personal yoga instructor for a yoga session for all of us and the kitchen was perfection for our personal chef to come cook for us one evening. And the biggest plus is that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. AMAZING! Steven was so responsive with every text I sent with questions and concerns. He was so great. I would for sure book with iTrip again in the future. Loved this house so much!

The house is beautiful and you can’t beat the location! It’s not even a 5 min walk to the beach. The house comes equipped with all the things you’d need at the house and at the beach. The hosts are incredibly responsive and make the stay a breeze!

Great place for a large family, well appointed and excellent location

We had a great stay at the property. Steven and Sarah were very communicative and the house was fantastic. Short walk to beach (with beach chairs and umbrella available in the garage). We will be looking to stay here again and highly recommend!!

Stayed for a bachelorette, wonderful house with so much space!

We stayed at this property with a group of girlfriends, we each out a fabulous room, closet and bathroom. This would also be a wonderful house for a family trip or a few couples traveling together. We were just a short walk from the beach with beach chairs, cooler, wagon and umbrella all provided! Steven was very responsive, letting us know when we would be able to check in and to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay.

This house was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. When we arrived, it was very crisp and clean. Very new looking interior with fabulous furniture and stylish decorations! The rooftop was AWESOME with a great relaxing view and great furniture ! Upon arrival, there was a broken glass in a cabinet, a broken tile by the pool skimmer, and the oven heated slowly and took longer to bake our food than most ovens! The TV’s would freeze up for a bit while trying to watch TV due to their WIFI not being the best. We LOVED this house BUT this next bit of info may be crucial for your vacation!!! THERE ARE A LOT OF STEPS IN THIS HOUSE!!! YOU HAVE TO HAUL ALL OF YOUR THINGS UP LOTS AND LOTS OF STEPS!!!! THEY WILL NOT LET YOU USE THE ELEVATOR AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ONE OF THOSE LIFTS EITHER TO HELP YOU GET HEAVY THINGS UPSTAIRS!!! For someone who has a hard time with stairs, this is NOT the house for you I can assure you. This was very disappointing as I did not remember reading this elevator issue anywhere in the description of the house. We really did love this house and we were forced to get lots of exercise when loading and unloading all of our things.

Magnificent property inside and out with spectacular rooftop. The host was very helpful and pool/hot tub was really nice too. The interior of the home deserves an extra shout-out as one of the nicest rental properties I've ever seen and was super clean and smartly decorated. We did Thanksgiving and can attest that the kitchen was well equipped and there is a very large table that seats a large family. We had a wonderful time. The only complaint I have is one that is VRBO-wide. It was frustrating to incur additional rental costs after the initially advertised price on the VRBO website. I understand that might be addressed on the platform going forward and feel that would resolve my one gripe. Were the costs advertised up front, I would have likely still selected this property for rental. However, because I encountered these costs after communicating the cost to my family based on what VRBO advertised, it did create unnecessary grumpiness across my party. Were it not for the hidden costs, I would have no reason to complain what-so-ever.

We love the location being so close to the beach. The set up was amazing for a family where all rooms had their own bathroom. The house was clean and great for entertaining. However, the pool wasn’t heated the entire time we were there even though we requested and paid in advance and even the hot tub wasn’t working the last night. This was a big disappointment as we booked the house in order to use the pool and hot tub! This also wasn’t communicated to us upfront, until I continued to ask the owner.

Great everything, except the weather

We had a wonderful long weekend at this house! The property managers were very professional & responsive, the home was beautiful and in good shape, and the home felt very spacious for a group of 9 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked if you plan on cooking in - with cooking tools, pantry essentials, and plenty of glassware/silverware/plates.

What a fantastic house! Close to the beach and has everything you would need. We were 4 couples and it was very spacious, clean and bright. Sofas, tables etc were very comfortable. Would definitely do it again

Fantastic in nearly all ways for a girls trip. So many pros Cons T.V. In main room would not stay on Kitchen Island lights would not turn on. Grill definitely needed cleaning. May need to spray for bugs, ants everywhere in backyard & lil’ black ones in kitchen Thank you for embellishing our beautiful vacation!

We are an extended family of 12; grandparents, 2 daughters and their families. This was the perfect house for us. Lots of beautiful large rooms to gather in, comfortable furniture and beds. The home is well appointed and kitchen has everything. The rooftop is amazing with great views.

Beautifully decorated, close walk to beach, each bedroom with its own bath was wonderful. amazing deck on top floor overlooking ocean. We enjoyed having morning coffee and dinner at night up there! Didn’t want to leave!

Our family of 12 were very impressed with this property. Super clean, modern and situated close to the beach (very close to public access). The pool (which was bigger than expected), grill and property are all well-maintained. Our host quickly responded and fixed any small issues that we had during our stay. This property has plenty of bathrooms and living space for a group of 12. The rooftop patio is phenomenal offering excellent views of the ocean. Great place to hang out during the morning and evening. There are extra beach/pool items under the house in the garage (floatations, wagon, beach chairs, etc). The property does have a lot of stairs so keep that in mind if you have elderly people in your group. The tv/stereo system is excellent (albeit a little tricky to figure out initially). This house and location will not disappoint. We would certainly stay again. Isle of Palm is a very nice area. It took a day or so to get acclimated with the surrounding area, but there are several nice restaurants close to the public beach area and on Sullivan ‘s Island (which was our personal favorite area for evening dining). We also found other neat things simply by driving around IOP and SI.

This place is everything that it’s made out to be on the listing, plus much, much more!

Property was fabulous and just as listed. Clean and many supplies. Especially enjoyed the deck with wonderful view and short walk to beach. Turf in pool area was nice touch. Never did figure out how to use the Sono, but survived w/o.

This home is perfectly situated, a block and a half from the beach, where the treen-lined streets begin. The photos don't do the property justice, the kitchen and living room are such a welcoming setting to connect with friends and family. Great spot!

Would gladly return to this property

This was a beautiful property in a great area near the beach. We had a group of 10 (5 couples) and the layout worked perfect. The highlights are the rooftop deck and heated pool. One note -We thought the hot tub was going to be heated the whole time as well, but didn’t realize it was only for 2 hours a day since the pool / hot tub are on the same system. I must have missed this in the listing. The hosts communicated well though and it was still great. The kitchen / living room & dining room area were also fantastic and served us well for dinner all together. We would definitely stay here again!
