Location location location!!! This condo had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had everything needed to make a traditional Thanksgiving meal plus the view while cooking was gorgeous.The living room furniture was cozy, colorful and comfortable. The bedroom area was spacious. The management company had detailed notes to explain how the tvs worked. Plus management promptly answered all our questions. An awesome condo!!!

We enjoyed our week long stay at Bohicket Marina Condo. Place was clean and as described. Views were spectacular. Host was always available and immediately responded to any questions which was greatly appreciated. We will stay again!

The place was just the right size for our family of three. All of the amenities were so convenient. Very clean. We wanted to stay longer, but it was booked. Great place!

While the email instructions were quite extensive and overwhelming, once we arrived, there was a binder with clear instructions about the rental AND fabulous recommendations for numerous restaurants and activities in the Charleston and south Islands area. The host provided all the household items we needed. Very peaceful place we enjoyed it very much.

Really enjoyed the place. Only problem was all of the trash receptacles were full when we got there on Saturday and were never emptied. We just had to continue to pile trash in the room where the trash cans were located.

Boho was so beautiful and clean and in fantastic shape. It had everything we needed. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting outside and meeting friendly dogs and owners. The ability to go into the resort was fantastic! We spent much time on the beach walking, wading and resting on this special piece of land. Be sure to visit freshfields for nice shopping and dining. You can walk or bike there easily.

This serene condo on the marina was perfect to stay at while visiting surrounding areas! Maybe a half hour from Charleston for a great day trip. Quick drive to beaches in Seabrook and Kiawa and many restaurants to choose from although the Salty Dog in the neighborhood was way too convenient! Condo was clean, homey and comfortable

Lovely. The view is beautiful looking over the marina. The beach was nice. Steve and Sarah were very welcoming host. The condo was great with everything we needed. Very pet friendly. Would loved them visit again.

Property was perfectly clean and updated, with welcoming touches for guests on arrival. Loved being able to walk back and forth to our boat without the hassles of the crowded marina parking lot.

Propery was an exceptional location. The property was extremely clean and was extremely well appointed. It was like coming home every day. The location is excellent with beaches, restaurants and stores all within walking distance and sitting right on a great marina. We will definitely go back

We could have wished for 6 days of perfect weather, but we were happy with beautiful days we had and the comfortable, well appointed, convenient place to vacation! The place is exactly as pictured online. It is just feet away from the slips/boats of a marina dock making for a view to endlessly enjoy. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. At the opposite end of the marina are a couple good restaurants and an ice cream shoppe! Contact with the hosts was easy and information about our stay was detailed and frequent. We would certainly return here!

Unit is first floor and has two large windows facing the marina. As a 1 bedroom, it’s not large, but it is clean, nicely decorated and well appointed for guests. It is steps from the marina and a short walk to Freshfields. Very dog friendly with many residents out walking - all friendly and warm. Bring a flashlight to find the door if you are arriving at night. A little hard to figure out - but once you do, it’s all part of the charm. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at this condo. My husband, our dog and I couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more. The surroundings were beautiful and quiet, and the condo was perfect for us. Everything was easy to access, clean and comfortable. Communication was quick and ITrip was great to work with. The condo is near to Charleston and some dog-friendly beaches. We had such a great time here!

We had a beautiful, long birthday weekend at the Boho! The weather was perfect and so was the condo. Bohicket is truly a special place and we hope to go back one day. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful condo right on the marina. Exceptionally clean, well stocked with all essentials (dishes, pans, towels, etc.). Great area, nice restaurants. Lovely outdoor patio where we had our morning coffee and watched the beautiful boats. Would highly recommend this rental.

We needed a quiet get away and we found it. We were right on the marina. Beautiful sunsets every night. Facilities well appointed. Nice neighborhood.

Pleasant long weekend just outside Seabrook Island gate on the marina. “BoHo” Condo is tastefully decorated and just steps away Salty Dog tavern. Easy 3/4 mile stroll to Freshfields shopping and dining. Owners kept in touch throughout and made it an easy rental. Will be back!

We had the best time at Boho condo. The view was stunning and everything was immaculate. Location to the pool was great! The communication from owners was great as well. They were very helpful and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend this condo.

Cute condo and great location! Has everything you need. Very clean. Only complaint was I wish the bed was a little nicer. It was as explained in the description but just wish it was a little softer/bigger.

We had a fabulous stay at Bohicket Marina. The view of the boats from our condo was awesome and the property and grounds were terrific. The pool is directly across from the unit which was very convenient. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly and waived when walking around the property and boardwalk along the Marina. Also, I am extremely impressed by the customer service from Steve and Sarah. We had to contact them regarding a matter completely out of their control and they remedied the situation quickly while communicating updates timely. We were very impressed.

Great location and the view of the marina is WOW, especially when it rains. The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. The boardwalk is right outside, as seen in pictures, and a lovely five minute stroll will get you to a chill restaurant with outdoor seating. The beaches are a five minute drive away. Steven and Sarah respond pretty quickly via text with any concerns. Cons: the bathroom showers are tiny and very outdated. The mattress in the main room is loud and very uncomfortable (soft). The directions they give to the actual condo (ie up the stairs and to the left) were completely wrong and we got there at 10pm and were looking at peoples doors for a lock box. Was a little nervous about that but we found the right place eventually. To clear up what confused us: it’s on the first floor. Directions they send says upstairs but it isn’t. You also don’t have to go through the Seabrook Island gates to get there- get the vehicle pass if you’re going through the gates and to the beach.

Our family of 3 absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Bohicket Marina Village. The sunsets were splendid every single evening, which we either watched from the condo’s marina front view, the marina’s boardwalk or it’s restaurant/shops. The condo was stylish and inviting, offering necessities and amenities. One of our favorite amenities was the pool, closely located to the condo with private access and late hours. The beds were comfortable and all was very clean. We rented bikes and the condo location was wonderful; Freshfield shops was a quick bike ride for some groceries, restaurants, specialty coffee drinks and beach apparel /gear. Although, the bike ride was about 15 mins to the beach we preferred; we thought it was nice exercise. We definitely will be back! Thank you

We enjoyed being at the marina and watching the boats come and go. The condo is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. By far one of the cleanest places I have stayed. We highly recommend for couples with a pet. Our adult children stayed one night with us and found the sleeper sofa comfortable and were pleased to have a full bath to themselves. Steven and Sarah were attentive to our questions and pleasant from beginning to end!

This is a hidden gem. Private, quiet and just a few steps to the boardwalk. Usually my husband and I have to settle for larger places. Finding a 1 bedroom with all of the amenities made it perfect for us. The only surprise was a queen bed vs the king that was in the description. We couldn’t ask for better hosts. When hubby accidentally left behind his laptop, they were quick to resolve the issue for us.
