Very clean, plenty of space and very responsive property management team. We had 8 adults and the accommodations were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting St. Andrews!

Almost everything was super ideal about our stay. The host was easy to contact, left welcome goodies in the kitchen, as was accommodating to special requests. The house was terrific. Fully outfitted kitchen (even the knives were reasonably sharp) and family room was downstairs. One BR on the entry level along with game room, 2BR on the next level, and large BR on the upper level. With the multiple levels movement around the house was quiet which helped with those on different sleep schedules. The location was ideal too. Nice parking area in the front of the house. (We parked our large van at an angle so it wouldn't occupy any of the sidewalk.) The backyard was pleasant and an ideal place to spend warm evenings in conversation. The only recommended "fix" relates to water pressure - the shower on the upper level would slow to a dribble if there was high use on other levels at the same time. Otherwise, the water pressure was more than fine. All in all, highly recommend this house. I'll be back too!

Our family has stayed here a couple of times now and couldn’t love it more. Not only is it immaculate and walking distance to everything, the layout of the house is great for groups. Debbie is a great caretaker, attentive to needs, and has great communication. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else and plan to come back again soon! If you a looking for a place to stay when in St Andrews, this should be your top choice!

Entirely satisfactory visit. Lots of room, clean and good condition. Funky washer/dryer. Not always a lot of hot water to shower with. But overall a thumbs up.

I booked this house based on the excellent reviews and it did not disappoint. We were a group of 8 golfers. House was perfect in terms of location, space and quality. Communication was excellent. If you are going to St Andrews in a group of 4 or more do not hesitate to book this house. It is a fantastic rental property.

This is a great find in St Andrews.
Perfect for 8 golfers or family. Place was immaculate, tastefully decorated and newly refurbished looks like. 5 minutes to Old course and 2 minutes to Main Street.

Debbie was an outstanding host! She was always available to answer questions and make recommendations. We were on a golf vacation and the house was perfect for 4 golfers. Each had their own bedroom and bath. We had a common area on first floor with kitchen & living area. 5 minute walk to the Old Course, pubs, restaurants, etc. 45 minute drive to Carnoustie, and less to many of the other great courses in this area. Highly recommend for your foursome or anyone who wants to enjoy time in St. Andrews.

Absolutely fantastic Easter spent in St Andrews in Debbie's Townhouse. It was a very high-end place and Debbie couldn't do enough for us, before, during and after our stay ! We made good use of the games room with family tournaments and comfortable evenings in the lounge. The location of the house was fantastic and just minutes walk to pretty much everywhere. We will definitely use the house again iwhen back in St Andrews ...Highly highly recommended ! Thanks so much !

We strongly recommend Host Debbie and her 4-story Townhouse. Perfect for a buddy trip. 4 private rooms,with private bath/shower. Each room also has a portable clothes rack for hanging/drying wet clothes after a rainy round. Very well equipped kitchen. Debbie is extremely responsive to email questions and requests. It’s as if she operated an online Chat service. Finally the Cleanliness at Check-in 5 Star! If you’ve found this property, look no further…BOOK IT now!

What a terrific place! I stayed here with 7 other adults for a 6-day golf outing in St. Andrew's and we couldn't have found a better place. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and in close proximity to everything in St. Andrew's. Further, Debbie was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. I've already started recommending this to everyone I know!

A perfect place for family or multiple adult couples to enjoy top notch accommodations, in walking distance of St. Andrew’s golf links, St. Andrew’s Cathedral, harbor and Castle Ruins and Market Street. The owner/manager was extremely responsive and helpful. There is no air conditioning but in July keeping windows open in night was fine to keep all rooms adequately cool for sleeping. All beds were comfy and entire house was pristine upon arrival. We hope to return to this location again.

Our group of 7 adults all had an excellent experience at the property. It was conveniently located to golf courses, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was super clean and spacious. Our host, Debbie, went out of her way to tend to our requests and needs.
I would definitely book here again on my next visit to St. Andrew’s.

This home is beautiful, well appointed and truly comfortable for our adult family. The location is central and we found that we were always out walking around town or the beach;
the grocery store or restaurants. Everything in St Andrews is walking distance from this flat. Definitely book this property if it is available.

Group of 8 golfers stayed in at. Andrews for 3 nights. The apartment worked great. It was a great location and provided good sleeping arrangements with fun social spaces. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect. For 8 senior guys the 4 bedroom, 5 bath layout was perfect. Three of the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms.
This property must have gone through a recent renovation as it was in perfect shape.
We definitely recommend this property to any good sized group or family that is interested.

Outstanding location for all golf in the area. Short walk to St Andrew’s. Short rides to other area courses (Kingsbarns, Crail, Elie, Dumbarnie, the Castle Course). Excellent location for area restaurants; all walking distance. Big plus: each bedroom has its own bathroom; not the norm for the area. The owner is extremely responsive on email. Highly recommend for golf (we had 4 men).

House was super clean and well stocked with the necessities. Only issues were heat on the ground floor (took a while to figure it out) and we thought we had a separate washer and dryer so drying clothes was an issue.
Overall a great place to stay.

This Flat is actually better than described. Works great for 4 golfers as everyone has their own space. Updated very nice and very clean. Great location to be able to walk easily to First Tee at Old Course, Pubs, Restaurants, and even grocery store. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would stay again and would highly recommend. Debbie was also very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful time in St. Andrews. What a lovely town! Debbie’s place was perfect for our group… a mix of golfers, friends, and children. The unit was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The property was very centrally located. We were able to walk to golf and to and fro around town. The check-in process was super easy. A great experience overall!

The Townhouse was a great find. From the start Debbie was fantastic at answering any querries in a prompt informative manner.
It was in an ideal location. Right in the heart of St Andrews An easy walk to the beach,the famous golf courses, shops,restaraunts, pubs etc. We also had a lovely walk to the harbour and the East Strand and walked back by the coastal path. The property itself was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Bedrooms and living areas very spacious and clean. Four couples and a toddler had plenty of room. The games room was well used. We were there to celebrate a birthday and Debbie very kindly left some treats for us which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in St Andrews. Perfect weekend!

Having 5 bathrooms was really nice for a group. The kitchen worked out great each morning for cooking breakfast. We were 2 blocks from the Dunvegan, grocery store and Little Italy. Highly recommend this accommodations. Debbie was a fabulous host. We look forward to being back next year. .

Excellent property for 4 golfers staying in St Andrews for a week. Everything went smoothly, no noise, and very handy to restaurants and 5 minutes from St Andrews.

This was a dream stay. Such a beautiful, elegant house with everything we needed. Communication at its best with our host. There was a problem with the washer dryer and Debbie had it repaired the next day. The location couldn’t have been better. With parking for two cars , we were able to come and go to play golf each day with ease. Eight days was too short. Probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed in.

What a wonderful house and fantastic location. My only negative that has nothing to do with the owner or the house was the seagulls that were having a wild party every morning outside of our bedroom window at 5am. But the house was spectacular, comfy, roomy and a great location with a short walk to downtown and the old course. Debbie was attentive and responded quickly. Could not recommend this property more strongly.
