The bad: stained bath towels, dog hair over bedspread/Carpet area, dirty floors; no AC thermostat- vents still blow cold air when closed; panhandling around the property / we were approached by one guy wanting to borrow a phone to call his girlfriend, other vagrants loitering, not a safe place for single female; location is on edge of village, next to major overnight road work - we were disturbed a couple of times in the course of a week. The good - walking distance (100 feet to 1/2 mile) to over 10 great restaurants, bars, bakeries, delis, etc. the village is pretty.
