Clean clean clean! Bed linens top notch! The pool was super chill, and the rooms were really nice. I mean what a great place! PLUS it was close to Wild Dunes, only 5 minutes from our tee time!

The house was awesome. Plenty of room for 8 of us. The putting green was a hit as we were down for a golf weekend.
We used the grill for burgers and enjoyed the outside area to just relax. Steven was quick to respond with a couple things we needed help with at the house.
We will definitely be back.

This was a great get away. Wonderful accommodations. Clean and very comfortable. The heated pool was a real treat!
Close walk to the beech for great sunrise and sunset walks. Highly recommend.

The property looked exactly like it did on the listing. The pool was wonderful but we did have to pay extra for it to be heated and that was pretty pricey. We were a block away from the beach which was perfect for us and the little.

Plenty of room to hangout without feeling too crammed. Property was close to the water, a short walk. Check in process was smooth and easy. Only negative thing was not enough bath towels or toilet paper for 3 days as we were a group of 8.

Great house, has all the beach equipment you could want, and very close walk to the beach. Pool was a little dirty but the rest of the house was very clean.

We found the Treehouse to be super clean and in close proximity to everything we wanted for our vacation. We had a 2 minute walk to a nearly private beach, a private pool, and a clean house to stay in. We give the Treehouse 5 STARS ⭐️

We loved the Treehouse and had a great long weekend in the house! The location is wonderful as it is very close to the beach and the house is updated and very clean. We especially enjoyed the large porch. The kids had a ball and loved the foosball table, their own space for movies downstairs & the pool. We had some trouble with the pool being ready & clean for us, but it was due to the storm which we understood. We appreciated the swift communication from the property managers. It’s a great house for a family.

We stayed here for a girls trip and the location couldn't be more perfect! So close to town and just a block away from the beach. Having a pool on property was a major plus as well. I would definitely recommend this property to future travelers!

Had a great time staying in the treehouse on Isle of Palms! Proximity to the beach and tons of beach chairs, floaties, etc ensured we had a great time all weekend.

We had family and friends join us at the TreeHouse this past week. The house was very spacious. The pool and putting green were a big hit. The beach was a short walk, only one block away. So nice having the beach chairs, wagons, and sand toys provided. As well as the pool floats and towels. I TRIPS was great to work with an answered any questions we had prior, during and after. We hope to be back next summer!! Thankful for the many memories that were created during our stay!

We had the best experience at the treehouse! The house was the cleanest beach house I have ever stayed in. You could tell the cleaning crew went above and beyond. We had every single thing we needed to start our week from soap, basic cooking supplies, and beach toys. The pool was very well maintained and beautiful. When we did have an issue with hot water, the company was extremely responsive and fixed the issue within an expected time frame. Would highly recommend, and we hope to book again in the future!

Enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse. Great layout for our golf foursome. Beds were extremely comfortable. Clean and well furnished. Two thumbs up!!

The Treehouse was a cosy, immaculate home. Kitchen was lovely, salt water pool was heated and a great size for kids, air con worked perfectly. The outdoor yard was spacious and not jammed like many beach houses are. It was a real yard with trees and the extra touch of the putting green was awesome. We highly recommend. (And I’m checking elderly as well because the lower floor is accessible without stairs and has its own kitchen, so this home would be great for a group with mixed ages as well).

We had the best time at The Treehouse! The home and yard were beautiful and it was equipped with everything that we needed. The three refrigerators (one in the kitchen, one in the kitchenette, one in the garage area) were also a great asset to the house!

We had a great family get together, the house was just as described and plenty of room for 6 adults and one child. The pool was fantastic and we all enjoyed the putting green. Check in and check out process was super smooth and easy.

Really great house for a bachelorette. It comfortably slept the 8 of us (if we were 10 we would have had to utilize the couches). The house is beautiful and spacious and the proximity to the beach can't be beat!
Only feedback is that the bathroom upstairs is only accessible via the primary suite which was challenging late night or first thing in the morning. Otherwise it was an awesome place to call home for the weekend! Hosts are super responsive, too!

Wonderful long weekend with my kids before they head back to college. The house is perfect! Beds are all comfortable, and the house has everything we needed to cook meals in when we wanted. The pool is AMAZING! And so close to the beach. We will try to stay here again when we come back!

We took the opportunity to have a work retreat in a beautiful location. We each were able to have our own rooms and enjoy the amazing view. The amenities were perfect; and while we didn't get to enjoy the pool and beach as much as we had hoped we did utilized all of the common space offered. This property is great for an alternative work office for your team!

Very nice property, Lots of positives but I will list the negitives that could help the renters : No verizon phone service? Very few bath towels and no bath mats, only one bathroom for entire upstairs and it was in master bedroom. The pool is beautiful but without a border of concrete or something besides grass which the chairs sat in with the bugs, ants and mosquitos. We got into the pool twice! The yard maintenance guys blew all the grass trimmings into pool as we were on porch and it stayed like that for 2 days. Too much to clean out! Great Location to beach and very nicely decorated and two couples could easily stay there and have one upstairs and one down.

We rented this property based upon the positive reviews. Upon our arrival we were very disappointed to say the least and this property did not match, in our opinion, those reviews. . We actually explored the idea of leaving to find another vacation alternative but decided to stick it out the best we could and ultimately leaving a day early. Too many issues to list. Renter beware.

We have just one recommendation, move the bunk beds to the main floor so each adult size bed has its own bathroom.

I grew up on the Isle of Palms and my family of 4 stayed at this lovely home to visit my parents for the first time since the pandemic started. The home was great. We enjoyed that the bottom floor can be its own apartment and the kids loved that and the bunk beds. The location is great as its walking distance to the beach. The owners were quick to respond and all the instructions were easy to follow. There were plenty of items for use in the back yard and the beach. As a bonus, the pool was finished while we were there and was the perfect way to cool off after a long day at the beach! Would definitely return!
