Home was very well organized and had all of the winter amenities. Home was truly 100 yards away and made the ski trip lot more fun and accessible. Home was stocked with more than enough towels along other items. The management team had the snow removed from the driveway and made it lot safer. We will always remember the snow covered Christmas trip in this beautiful Breck home. Thank you Hannah from 5 diamond lodging.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The management staff was very responsive and we received a call from the owner to help resolve a minor issue. Everyone was very nice and the house was in great condition.

Sleepy Fox is an excellent property. There are plenty of rooms for 10 of us, including a 2-year-old and a 1 year old. The house is immaculate and well decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a pinball machine (Guardian of the Galaxy) and a shuffle board located in the basement. Hot tub and a fire pit were a big hit with our family-s'more every night. The location was excellent. We walked to peak 8 with no problem with 2 little ones. Over all, it was a great place to stay. Home away from home and would come back.

We had extended family at the house with11 people total. This house is in a great location and is exceptional. I highly recommend this house.

We stayed here for a guys trip/retreat. The hot tub was a big hit at the end of the ski/ snowmobiling days. We loved the kitchen and hired a chef to prepare us dinner one night. It worked out really well. We had a few questions and the host replied to questions immediately. I cannot recommend this property enough. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Magnificent property that combines luxury and convenience like no other. Beautiful open floor plan, with large bedrooms, creates a cozy environment with plenty of room to entertain or space to relax. Located right next to the base of Peak 8 made getting to the slopes a breeze. The perfect get-away spot for our family vacation!

Very well appointed home. Very tasteful decor and bedding. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Walk to slopes is a bit of a hike, but we discovered trail to ski back in on our last day. We had 11 adults and could all easily sit in great room and hang out. Home actually has 8 full baths. Mud room is awesome for leaving all your ski gear. Snowed a lot and each morning a crew arrived to clear snow away. Would definitely return to this home!

Wow, this house is perfect in every way. We had 9 people ages 13 to 82 and everyone loved the house and all of its features. The individual thermostats came in handy so nobody was fighting over the temperature. We loved the fireplaces and the game room. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working correctly but they compensated us for not being able to use it which was very nice. I high,y recommend this house, and we plan to return!

We had an amazing stay at this home in Breckenridge. The house is absolutely gorgeous and so nice that the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms as well as really easy accessibility into town, whether walking to the gondola or driving to the main street of Breck. We will definitely be back!

I booked this house for my husbands birthday with three other couples. It was nothing short of amazing! I would absolutely recommend and return in the future. The views are breath taking and the convenience of the house to the slopes and Main Street make it perfect. There were 6 large size bedrooms and each have a bathroom. It made it very comfortable to stay with other adult couples. The kitchen and living areas are also spacious enough for large groups. The property owner was quick to answer all my questions and even went above and beyond with providing me a chef contact to make dinner at the house for my husbands birthday. The chef was also amazing and I would recommend you ask for his contact info (Chef Salvatore). You can’t be disappointed with renting this house.

Got to the home and was able to check in early! The place was spotless and absolutely incredible. Completely furnished unlike any other place I’ve stayed on vacation. Kitchen has everything you need. Showers are fitted with steam and the hot tub was perfect, morning and night. So much storage for bulky clothing in both the mud room and the back entry to the hot tub. House is designed perfectly so each couple has their own full bath and privacy. Only minutes from downtown in a very nice/quiet neighborhood. Thank you to all involved for the awesome experience. My family and I are frequent travelers and have been renting homes for the hopeful ease and comfort of the stay over hotels and let me tell you this home exceeded our expectations by a billion!!! This place has every amenity, perk, and extra you could ask for! My kids and husband didn’t want to leave! It’s perfect for every age, from our 2 year old to my elderly parents. Each room was so comfortable, the kitchen is massive, and don’t get me started on the basement! Perfect for the kids during the day and even better for the adults at night! The ground are absolutely stunning and I can’t wait to come back! Thank you for having such a beautiful home! We will see you soon!

Our family of 6 and three friends stayed at Sleepy Fox. The house is amazing in every way from the lay out, size, decor, amenities, cleanliness and location. We had the perfect week enjoying everything in Breckenridge and simply cooking and relaxing in this wonderful house. We are for sure booking again next year.

Enjoy your stay in this beautiful home just be aware that they are watching you not only on the front door Ring Camera but on other cameras as well. We were informed by the property manager that they were watching us on camera while using the hot tub. Who knows how many other camera they had through out the property?

This property has it ALL! From steps to the base of the mountain to accommodations for the entire family! Ours kids didn’t want to leave and after the kids fell asleep the adults didn’t want to leave either! The downstairs basement has so games, arcade pin ball shuffle board and a full bar, and a hot tub overlooking the entire mountain!! The bedrooms were cozy and very clean, the kitchen is huge and perfect for entertaining with everything you need to use to cook and clean! All and all the entire house felt like a home away from home. We truly enjoyed our stay more and more each day which made it so hard to leave, we will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!

The pictures can’t describe this place. We walked to Peak 8 for some spring skiing. The house is incredible and had everything we needed for an unforgettable week. The basement was great for entertaining, and the bedrooms left nothing to be desired. We even saw a fox that came to the back door. If you’re looking for a luxurious mountain escape, look no further.
