Beautiful condo with all the amenities of home and a great location! Across the street from food and shops. Close to the beach. Only issue was we weren’t given a garage code to get in the garage and when we were finally able to get it, we had to move lots of stuff around to fit the minivan inside. Lots of beach equipment though. We would stay there again!

This is a great spot for a family vacation. The beach is a little under a mile to walk, but you can go through Queen's Marketplace and grab your Starbuck's on the way. The condo is large, with plenty of space for everyone to hang out. We had one issue getting into the garage (missing the remote) but the local number got back to us quickly and resolved the issue. The condo comes with plenty of beach toys, including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers, plus a couple of sets of golf clubs. The pool, hot tub, and workout room were all well maintained. Great place, would recommend!

We loved everything about our stay. We always stay in the Villas. This is the first time in the P building townhouse. We loved the location and being at the end of the complex. It’s like we were in our own private home. Everything was perfect!

Great location and accommodations! Slept well on king mattress. Plenty of space for family if 8. Very responsive via text messaging and friendly too. Definitely would love to stay here again.

The space was perfect for three families (Mom & Dad) and two daughters and their husbands. We stayed 2 1/2 weeks in this unit and would happily have stayed longer if plans would have allowed.We especially appreciated the location in that it was an end unit and offered the most privacy of all the units, yet was close to the entrance to help reduce the drive time to the market or other activities throughout the island.Communication by the property management was exceptional. Most all of my questions had been answered in the emails that I received ahead of time, yet when I contacted them to ask questions, they were super helpful.There was a maintenance issue that was looked into nearly immediately upon notification.We would love to use the unit again.

Everything about this condo was perfect. I especially loved the fact that it's on the end of the complex. It felt like we had a private house with a large backyard. We had seven people in our group and had more than enough room. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Management was always reaching out to us to see if there was anything we needed during our stay. Communication was very good. The location was great with having Queen's Marketplace across the street in addition to being able to walk to Lava Lava for the best sunsets in town. We will definitely be coming back!

Liked that both couches were fold out beds which were also comfortable. Nice quiet end unit with beautiful bbq and seating area outside.Location was awesome. Short walk to the stores, shopping, walking path, beach, petroglyphs and Starbucks lol. The pool near the unit is under renovation but the other pool is still a short walking distance away. We also used the fitness center a few times. Garage had mostly everything for a beach day except snorkel masks. Parking was always available near the unit too.We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything necessary. Bought most of our groceries from the store at queens marketplace across the street. Fair prices and good selection.Highly recommend this unit for families and larger groups. Very comfortable, private, and great location.Oh and they also texted me that our unit would be avail to check in at noon. So that was nice 👍🏽

Property was excellent. Spacious, clean, well decorated with a local vibe. Great amenities, pool and spa in the complex. Prime location with lots of and well placed windows.

We stayed for 17 nights and the overall experience was excellent. There were 4 adults and 4 kids and the house was airy and clean. My only complaint would be that you need to buy all the essentials and the house is not set up to accommodate your time. For a 17 night stay, we were only give one packet of dishwashing detergent and one laundry detergent so we had to go out to buy them as well as toilet paper, paper towels and tissue. We always bring our own toiletries but this was our first rental where we had to supply our own essentials so just be prepared for that inconvenience. Otherwise the communication with the management company is also excellent.

Our stay from April 15-25, 2021 was absolutely perfect. The villa is spacious and beautiful with all the amenities required to relax and enjoy your time. The location was ideal, walking distance to shopping and so close to all the beaches. Day trips to Kona/Kailua, Hawi or Hilo were easily accomplished.Our family was able to re-connect after a two-year separation. This villa provided the perfect setting for our to accomplish just that.
