The place is as advertised, close enough to shopping/golf/entertainment, but also hidden away in the hills. The house worked well for our group, with ages 9 to 73, and the kitchen had enough to offer since we cooked most meals at the house. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the hot tub and weeds around the property, but upon contacting Dani, it was rectified immediately. The house itself could have been cleaner, but nothing that impacted our stay.

The overall experience was great.

Place was private and we saw a few neighbors walking. Your secluded in the trees and don't have much of a mountain view. Rooms were nice, beds were nice but it felt more like a hotel verses a private space. This property has cameras and they are watching. Our party was not comfortable with cameras watching the hot tub so we covered the hot tub camera and were told we had to uncover right away. This was within 2 hours of check in and left us feeling watched, monitored like a college dorm room and certainly not private. If the goal of the "3" cameras onsite is for security, you should know when people are on site from the garage and front door cameras. We can 911 if we need to. There are a lot of rules here and stickers/notes all over house telling you what to do and not do. Management took the "retreat" part out our trip for sure. We rent with VRBO because we like privacy and solitude, not oversight and micro management. The town Evergreen was awesome and a good proximity to Morrison.

I booked this property for a weekend trip. As a Colorado native I’ve always loved the area, and we wanted something with mountain views to showcase to my out-of-state friends who were joining us. This place was perfect! An easy 20 minute drive from town if we needed anything, yet we got to enjoy the peacefulness of being “up in the mountains”. Everything was very clean and organized. Beds were so comfortable; an abundance of towels; plenty of silverware and kitchen utensils. The hot tub was great, and we also really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Would absolutely recommend!

The home was very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The host Dani was extremely accommodating and was available for any questions immediately when we checked in.

Everything was perfect ! We enjoyed the cool temps in the evening !

Really nice property, better than the pictures.there were houses closer than I expected but still private feeling. The house does not have a/c, wasn’t much of a problem but it did get warm inside a couple of days. All over great house and well worth it!
