This VRBO location was perfect for a low key sisters’ getaway. Wonderful beach view from balcony. Very comfortable furnishings and full kitchen with a few extras. Not a lot of restaurants in walking distance, but we immensely enjoyed Sweet Sage cafe for brunch and Conch Republic for dinner. Smugglers Cove miniature golf is a short drive away if you get bored with beach lounging. The pool and hot tub are on site and there are Beach chairs and umbrellas to rent if you don’t want to use the ones provided in the unit. It was nice to have somebody wait on us and, without even asking, adjust our umbrellas as the sun shifted. The Doubletree Hotel is next door to Ram Sea II- and we were able to get yummy cocktails at their tiki bar if we didn’t want to take the few minutes to walk back up to the unit and make our own. The office staff at Ram Sea were very helpful and friendly even though they do not manage the particular VRBO unit we were in. We were blessed with beautiful weather which added to our tropical vacation…but we brought along games in case of rainy weather. All in all, it was a great stay and we’re considering the same location for next year’s getaway!!!

Great location, well stocked kitchen, nice pool and whirlpool. Only thing that was a little annoying was policy of having to wash beach towels before leaving.

We left the condo better than we found it. Dirty dishes not enough towels & wash clothes. Both bathroom tubs didn’t drain. No instructions how to operate 3 tv. No code left for getting in the pool area. No soap in both bathrooms. Floors sand all over.

Very nice inside. A little dated. Entrance and lobby need to be updated. In retrospect it was probably a little pricy for the overall experience but it was ok.

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for the beach. It was close to great restaurants and John's Pass Boardwalk. We would definitely book this again.

The condo was as pictured. Very roomy. The view is outstanding. The two queen beds are a little firmer. There are books in the closet. And some games in the TV cabinet for rainy days. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were just a few things that were a little off like some of the plugs don’t work so if you plug in your phone make sure it’s charging, there was a light bulb out on one of the lamps, and the worst thing was we were given a code to access the pool/spa and it was wrong. We verified it was the code they gave us but never did work…luckily someone who was there gave us the correct code when we first found out that it was wrong. Also they have assigned parking but no one parks in the right spot so as long as you are not in the covered parking, you just park anywhere. We would stay again and hopefully can!

Great location. Loved the hot tub and beach.

When I arrived I found out the elevator was broken so I had to carry everything up the stairs 4 stories. Later on when heading to the pool learned the pool was shut down.. i really wish I would have known these things with 3 kids and their grandparents couldn't even visit because they were unable to walk up the stairs. So we had to visit on the patio only. This is after i had my previous rental canceled 2 weeks out by Vacasa. Got an ohh sorry for the inconvenience... it's more than an inconvenience and wasn't offered anything in return. A discount or even a voucher. Really disappointing. I've stayed at 8 vacation rentals the last 2 years and this one was in the bottom 2. For the price it was the worst one

Right on the beach. Well appointed and updated. Draw back, no washer and dryer. Elevator was broken during entire stay. Not bad if you are on the first floor, but on the third? was not pleasant going up and down 3 flight of stair every time you leave the condo. Would still highly recommend

Property was very clean and was in a great location. Balcony has an amazing view of a pristine beach. Literally 60 seconds from the room to the beach. Unit is very well equipped and included 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and even some beach toys and water floats. Can't wait to go back!

This unit was ex at my as described. Very clean - well equipped - all you need to bring is your clothes ! Has beach chairs , umbrellas , toys . Beach is pristine and view from balcony is breathtaking ! Will definitely be back !!

When we started looking at properties, my only goal was to have a spot with a deck that I could drink coffee and watch the waves. This home provided just that and more. I stayed here with my husband and 3 children and we had such a great time! The beach, pool and hot tub were our favorite spots and met lots of new friends. The condo was clean and so spacious. We hope it works out for us to stay there again next Christmas. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!! We canceled a trip out of the country and decided last minute to head to Florida instead! This was the perfect spot for us to spend a week relaxing, soaking up the sun, eating in and eating out! There were only three of us, the space could have comfortably fit a few more, so we all had our own bad and were able to spread out! The keyless entry is the only way to go when at the beach! No need to carry a key when you go exploring or pass it among the group. Parking was easy, the location was convenient, the view was unbeatable! Thank you! We had no TV for the week. I messaged the host and all they told to do what I already did. Nobody came out to check it out. Also there was not enough towels and they did not replenish TP. Very disappointed. next year going back but booking directly with the resort. Too much money for too little service.
