My friends and I just returned from an incredible stay at this breathtaking Oregon Coast vacation rental. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unparalleled ocean views and the beautiful home. The open-concept layout was perfect for us, with high-end furnishings and appliances that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is unbeatable - just steps from the beach, perfect for walking, biking and beachcombing. With a cozy fireplace, this home had everything we could have wanted for the perfect Oregon Coast getaway. We will absolutely be returning, and have already recommended this rental to all our friends and family. This is the place for an unforgettable coastal vacation!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is very light, bright and squeaky clean. The furnishings are top of the line and nicer than anything we own. The kitchen is very well stocked with gourmet pots and pans! They really thought of everything. Sitting out on the deck and taking in the beach and ocean were amazing. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!!

Everything about the Eagles Perch spoke of good taste and comfort

We had a fantastic vacation in this wonderful home! The setting is very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The house is very well kept and spacious with open rooms and the beach is only a short walk away. We were very impressed and look forward to returning this summer!

We loved this home, tucked up in the trees above the beach. Beautiful view. Super quiet. The stars from the deck at night were mind blowing. It was easy to get in. The home was very well appointed. We loved the pong pong table in the garage as well.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Eagles Perch earlier this month. The house is well stocked with inside activities such as ping pong and games for the kids. Loved the coffee bar set-up and TV are downstairs. The short walk to the beach is via a marked trail right off the back of the unit. Quiet, peaceful and super clean.....and best of all...THE VIEW!

We loved this property! The view was magnificent and the house is so comfortable and wonderful. We were slightly under supplied with no paper towels and very little soap for the dishwasher. The dishes and refrigerator could have been a bit more Cleaned out, but overall this is an amazing property and we would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Eagle's Nest. The pictures do not do justice to the condo or the incredible views. The condo was immaculate upon arrival and well-appointed with everything our family of four needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The walk to the beach was super easy - 5 min on a well-groomed trail - and the walk to town was the perfect amount of exercise. By far though, the best part for us was enjoying the amazing views from the balcony from sunrise to sunset. I highly recommend the Eagle's Nest for your next stay in Manzanita and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

This new construction home was the end unit and was very clean and quiet. It sits just far enough away from the town so you don’t hear traffic but on the deck you can see and smell the ocean. The amenities were well thought out as we did cook a lot of meals there. The knives were sharp and there was an immersion blender! Kudos! They made the interior lovely with their decorating tastes. I would go back again and again. My only gripe was it’s a vacasa so VRBO charges you to rent through them ON TOP OF what you pay for the house. Just go find it on Vacasa. You won’t be disappointed. And I don’t recommend children there. Staircase and nice things, just sayin

I absolutely adore this rental home and cannot wait to come back for our next visit to the Oregon coast! The location is unbelievable; quiet, spectacular views, and perfectly located - just a quick 2 minute walk to the beach! The home has everything you would need (and more) and very friendly and responsive owners. The entire place was pristine and everything looked brand new. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a vacation rental at the Oregon coast!

Eagles Perch home is absolutely stunning . The moment you walk in the door it feels like home and owners truly thought of everything!! The view from the back deck …Absolutely A M A Z I N G!! What else can I say..short walks to the beach and sand between the toes. We didn’t want to leave. 😁

Whether you want to chill for a few days, hike, experience local art and culture, try Oregon wine, or do some kiting at sunset on the beach, this beautiful town home is the place to be. Thoughtful hosts have designed this home just as if it was theirs caring for every detail for an outdoor picnic or a fancy dinner with a nice glass of wine on the patio. Grab your book and a throw on the cosy sofa while you keep a window open to listen to the ocean waves. If if you're up for some sightseeing, Cannon Beach is just about 10 miles North and Tillamook with its dairy factory about 30 min South. I can only recommend visiting this amazing Oregon Coast with a base in Manzanita.

I don't often do reviews, but I must say this place is truly exceptional and wanted to comment on it. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a vacation at the beach. The view is simply amazing, and even more spectacular than we were expecting. Sitting on the deck or in the living room, perched above the Pacific, you can watch the various moods that the ocean displays, changing by the hour. I think it is the combination of both a mountain and ocean views together make this spot unique. We found it to be quiet, exceptionally clean, and everything in it is brand new. We had one morning of fog, but it was nice to have a ping pong table, along with a good supply of games and puzzles to enjoy for family time. Also, the owner is a professional photographer and sells prints of his Oregon Coast images at cost to guests, which is really cool. We are already planning our next visit back to this amazing place.

This is a great home with beautiful ocean & mountain views from a private back deck. It’s 5 mins walk down to the beach via a well-maintained city trail. The house is newly renovated, spotless, and perfect for our group of friends. The kitchen was well-equipped and WIFI solid. Property manager communication was great.
