This property has everything you need for a relaxing get away. We were there with my two kids and our small dog. My family enjoyed the kayaks, fishing of the dock and playing horseshoes on the lawn. We spent our days hiking and lounging by the water and our night playing games, and doing puzzle after puzzle from the stocked game cabinets. I loved the layout of this house, it was comfortable and very clean. We grilled or cooked in everynight and the kitchens had everything we needed to make our favorite meals. I told my husband if we won the lottery I would buy this property up... it was just perfect.

We stayed in this home as well as the one next to it and they were both so amazing. Both were stocked with everything we needed! I loved that they provided kayaks as we had so much fun using them and the lawn chairs in the sprawling yard were a favorite place to hang.

Our family loved our stay at the two homes at Cockleburr Cove. The homes were well appointed, very comfortable and immaculate. We appreciated the ease of working with the hosts. Wonderful!

This is our favorite place to be in the summer. It may be hot in the city, but there is always a breeze off the lake. The Sunday house is a perfect lakehouse on a beautiful part of Inks Lake. We have been staying here for over a decade and it never disappoints. Thank you! We will be back again as soon as possible

Perfect set up as we rented both homes! The homes are both beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to enjoy yourself. The yard is beautifully manicured and the boat slip/dock is well maintained. Great destination if you want to relax and enjoy Inks lake!

This house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The best part about this house is the gorgeous property on beautiful Inks Lake. There is a lush St. Augustine lawn that leads out to the quiet lake. We love spending as much time as possible on the shores of Inks Lake and Cockleburr Cove is our first choice!

The Sunday house was just what we wanted for a getaway for our family! It was clean, well stocked, and very cozy. We can’t wait to come back!!

Inks Lake is one of our favorite places on earth and this is our favorite place to stay on Inks! Cockleburr Cove is situated on a fabulous part of the lake with tons of St. Augustine shoreline by the lake. We spend a lot of time here in the summer with tons of lake activities, and we just spent a gorgeous fall weekend there. The leaves were changing and there was perfect, mild fall weather. The Sunday House is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the big fireplace during our fall stay! We will be back for sure!

We love the Sunday House and Cockleburr Cove! We have stayed here many times, and usually book both the Sunday House and the Cove House next door. Whether you stay at one or both homes, it's an amazing property to enjoy right on the Inks lake. The Sunday House is so comfortable and feels homey but also beautifully styled and decorated. If it's a rare rainy day on the lake, we still have so much fun - there are board games and books galore. There's a nice big dining table inside but we ate most of our meals on the beautiful porch overlooking the big lawn and lake. We enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chairs on the dock early in the morning, and sitting in the lounge chairs on the lawn in the evening. Kids played outside and swam in the lake all day every day. Adding on to that there are kayaks for use, a tennis court and basketball goal as well. There's endless fun to be had at this wonderful home! 5 stars are not enough for this magical property.
