Spacious condo perfect for family stay in Moab. It was very clean and comfortable and close to Arches and Canyonlands!

My family and I stayed at this wonderful property at the end of May 2024. The unit was HUGE and looked very new. They supplied plenty of towels, pillows, etc. They even supplied us with coffee k-cups.
The main street of Moab is only a mile or so away so easy to get to the shops and restaurants.
We would definitely stay here again.

It was just perfect for our family

We loved our stay. There were a couple of hiccups but the propriety manager responded quickly and made things right. (Mostly with previous guests not reporting things.) We enjoyed our stay as we were there for Moab recreation. Property was very clean and offered several amenities that made it a very nice place to stay-lots or trash bags, laundry soap, toiletries, etc. These little extras made it nice for a busy family reunion.
The only downside to the property for us is that it is listed as sleeping 11. I should have read more carefully, this is my fault. I usually do but we just moved across the country and so my brother found this for us. There were actually only beds for 8 adults IF you include the pull-out sofa bed on the main level. We only had 2 tri-folds, so really, that is only 10 people but adults would not have been comfortable on the tri-folds or the sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper is in the main area so the teens that slept there did not have a lot of privacy and were up when anyone else was in the main living area. Again, I should have looked more carefully.
Kids and dads went swimming and enjoyed themselves. Also, had nice bikes to use. Very conveniently located. I recommend this property. Not the most trendy decor but clean and painted by the owner? so we appreciated the talent.

Entrada at Moab 420 exceeded our expectations. Every amenity we could have needed was provided. It was immaculately clean. The unit itself is an end unit alongside the street which made getting in and out of the complex easy. The neighborhood was quiet and in an excellent location to main street for getting downtown or heading to Arches and Canyonlands. Communication with the owners/management company was excellent. If ever back in Moab, we would most definitely stay here again.

Our family loved staying at Moab 420! Richelle made us feel right at home and had everything perfectly set up for our visit. The property was beautiful and very clean. Would love to visit again!

Beautiful, outfitted with everything we needed and more. The house was spacious with attractive decor. This was our favorite vacation home ever. Convenient location-we rode the bikes to dinner a couple times. Staff very responsive when we had a question.

I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was one of my best experiences by far. They were very responsive and the place was super clean. Beds were conformable. I would love to stay here again.

Same price or less than comparable motel options and much better for families. Roomy and we’ll equipped in all aspects. Located in quieter neighborhood setting off of the main drag. I will look to stay here again on our next Moab trip!

The accommodations were perfect! Very clean, well stocked with cozy blankets and nice bedding! It was a great place to relax after two days of adventures! The staff was amazing and had perfect response times.

Only downside is noise - this community is popular for off-road vehicles, expect some noise in the morning as people get ready to get going.

The property was in a great location close to all the shopping and restaurants as well as close to trails for off-roading .
Beautiful property stocked with all our needs . street parking for our trucks and trailers driveway and garage parking for our side by sides .
We’ll definitely rent again when back in Moab

This beautiful townhome is 10 minutes from Arches and less than 30 from Canyonlands. It is modern and beautiful, and filled with every amenity needed and more! Comfortable beds and bedding, stocked kitchen, and the property manager was readily available and checked in to ensure our stay was perfect. Excellent hosts, lovely home, and perfect location. Could not ask for more!
