La salle à manger et la cuisines communes (claire et spacieuse) La proximité par rapport à l’entrée du parc national de Baie Éternité (c’est le seul hébergement dans ce village par ailleurs)

L’existence de chambres situées en sous-sol avec un sanitaire collectif rudimentaire (il semble qu’elles aient été ajoutées récemment) car j’ai découvert sur place que c’était ce que j’avais réservé ! Après vérification Je n’ai aucune mention de cela sur la confirmation de Booking. Je précise que j’ai pu changer de chambre pour la seconde nuit après réclamation (c’était complet la première nuit) certes sans supplément mais de mon point de vue, le prix était suffisant pour une très petite chambre située en étage. L’autogestion du petit déjeuner avec frigo collectif sans personnel présent qui conduit les propriétaires à installer une caméra dans la cuisine et donner de strictes instructions aux clients… c’est la première fois que je vois ça et En France cela ne se passerait pas sans notre consentement.

Chambre confortable même si un peu petite, la cuisine commune est bien pratique, petit déjeuner correct.

L'insonorisation pas top, heureusement que le coin est tranquille. Dommage par contre que le voisin de chambre se soit mis à beugler dès 6h du matin...

La localisation de l'hébergement était parfaite, les communs étaient bien équipés et accessibles. Le petit déjeuner est très appréciable.

Gute Gemeinschaftsräume mit guter Atmosphäre, in der wir sehr nette andere Gäste getroffen haben. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, sehr saubere sanitäre Anlagen, die wir geteilt haben, super gute Lage zum Nationalpark, netter kleiner Laden mit Microbrasserie nebenan.

Die Klimaanlage an einem nicht zu öffnenden Fenster (Zimmer 305).

J'ai beaucoup aimé la grande cuisine partagée dans laquelle chacun pouvait se faire à manger. La chambre d'une belle taille et très cozy.

Inclusion of breakfast was nice. Nothing else.

Bathroom super small. Especially where the sink is. The lock to our room was damaged. The door could be simply opened by applying just a bit of pressure against the door without using the handle or entering the provided pin code. So effectively anybody at anytime would have been able to enter our room. This is doubly worrysome since the main door is open all day for checkin (without staff on the premise). We contacted the host twice about this issue without any reaction. Booking.com was no help either in that matter and said nothing could be done.

The room was nice even if it was an underground room. The common bathroom and kitchen were nice and clean. Kitchen was quite well equipped. The dining / common room was nice to also just stay and read (or talk with other people). There was also a washing machine and dryer available to use for free. And the self check-in 24/7 is also very handy. Everything was nice and clean.

Not much to complain about. Would be nice to have the possibility in the room to hang towels (or jackets).

Super clean, lots of space, nicely decorated. The shared facilities were excellent and the food supplied for breakfast was great

We were not given the correct key for our room so were unable to lock it. And no staff could be located to ask about it. The check in instructions were also confusing as they didn’t relate at all to the check in experience we had

The location is close to the national parc entrance.

We can not recommend to book via booking,com. The pictures on the website do not fit to the real rooms. The room was tiny, had no cabin, no hangars, and a lot of heating tubes went through it. The rooms were very loud and obviously a little elephant has lived upstairs... During the booking it was not clear that it was only with a shared bathroom with 3 other rooms. When we arrived, they were not able to provide us an alternative room. The price is not justified for this option

Very clean, rooms are new and renovated, I had the garden view where you can hear the river

Didn’t know that there was no staff, rooms had pin locks, the doors were heavy and loud and you can hear your neighbors leaving and entering their rooms, only one shower for all the guests,

The Auberge was clean and pleasant

The linen was thin and synthetic and there were plastic undershirt and pillow protectors so the bed was uncomfortable and sweaty.

Very nice room with plenty of space.

Value for cost was ok

We never met a person from the Auberge. Everything was managed online. We were given a room in the basement without previous notice. Breakfast was supposed to be "very good" but it was just 2 eggs in the fridge and 3 pieces of commercial bread. We will most probably not repeat it.

Great place to stay during cold winter months or during the road trip to somewhere. Wery large kitchen, where you can have a rest and prepare some food. Would like to stay there again for longer during Summer months.

Everything was good, except some noisy neihgbours. Soundproof could be better.

This us the BEST bed and breakfast. Don't think twice, you will enjoy it. The host is very nice, the place is EXTREMELY clean and quiet. No dust anywhere at all! All corners are clean, bathroom is clean, wooden floors and natural air. Towels, bedding everything is super clean, bed is comfortable. No artificial scents!!! Finally I have found a place like this! It is great that you can use the shared kitchen. Very HOMEY feeling. It is big, modern and clean. Sparkling clean. The rooms are very cozy, tap water is pleasantly hot. Also, the town is amzing, picturesque and quiet. Atmosphere is so peaceful and this place even encourages you to be a better human based on how much energy organizers have put into it. Did I mention how close to the park it is? 10 mins walk or 3 mins drive. Best B&B I have been to!
