Great location for it being so close to transport and the centre. Along with media city. Good facilities in the apartment, good coffee machine.

Being close to the tram it was very noisy. It was extremely warm in the apartment so we had to have the windows open as no fans were provided. When you close the windows the noise isn't bad at all!

The property in it self is nice, nice aesthetic

The furniture isn’t good quality, it almost feels like traps are set to take away your deposit, upon arrival the coffee table was damaged as it was swaying on its loose hinges, the sofa is the same as it rocks also, and the bed too. We didn’t really want to spend much time there as it left us on edge and felt that we could be blamed. I reported the table straight away to cover our backs. Separately, Really annoyed with the comms from the property. They hound you to pay for the deposit, which states they will return your funds 3 days after checkout, however i had to chase 4 days later (and they give you a vibe that you annoy them) for them to only do it that day as if they forgot. (Which then says it can take up to 10 days) Very unethical, I’ve never experienced this at one of my stays

I loved how modern the apartment was. Especially the bathroom. It was so cosy.

The noise from the cars outside was a little annoying, but once the windows were closed it was okay.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was lovely! The staff were quick to respond and were very helpful.
