The rooms are clean, simple with everything you need, the location and outdoor kitchen is amazing and the communication with the host was fun and effortless.

The WiFi is not good enough for zoom calls (I guess since so many people use it there). On average I got 10mbits. There is a co-working space called Nuu Riconada you can go to for busy work days :)

Good location, slightly away from the louder road. Chill vibes. Basic rooms with ensuite. Good price.

The shower was weak and cold

The owner is really helpful and the kitchen is clean and well equipped. The room is nice and clean. Definitely a place a would book again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Single Fin Suites & Rooms in La Punta and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location is superb, with easy access to some of the best beach spots in La Punta. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Although the lack of Wi-Fi was a minor inconvenience, it did not detract from the overall enjoyment of my stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating escape. The only suggestion I would make for the future is the addition of Wi-Fi, as it would greatly enhance the stay for those who need to work remotely. Overall, I had an unforgettable experience at Single Fin Suites & Rooms and I cannot wait to visit again!

the property was well priced for the location. it was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the rooms perfectly fine. but what really stood out was edir, the manager. he repeatedly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. on arrival, he stored our valuables in his room. when the kitchen ran out of oil and we needed some, he immediately replenished it. above all, i left some shorts at the hostel and he went out of his way to drop them at another property so my friend could pick them up and refused any compensation - he is just a lovely lovely guy!

it is basic and the water pressure of the shower is pretty poor. the wifi is intermittent, but i asked for a room close to the router and edir made an effort to help me out so it was manageable!
