Loved that they had good WiFi. They had a balcony that my friends and I enjoyed. The room was clean and smelled really good when we came in. Everything was functioning well.

Nothing much, just that we had to pay extra for the Kitchen utensils.

was not clean at all. Although I booked for 2 people it was setup for 1. One small cover and one of each towels: one small and one large.

Reasonably convenient location relative to Zurich main station (tramway + bus), modern and tasteful architecture. Check-in was fairly efficient. Clean room, good bed, quiet (at least my room, others may be more exposed to traffic noise).

The room is at least 10 cm too narrow -- it was nearly impossible to sit at the desk. If the head-end of the bed did not take away 10 cm, the situation would not be comfortable but at least manageable. The surcharge of CHF 20/day for cooking utensils and tableware is on the steep side. You can borrow a kettle for free (deposit CHF 20) if you bring your own cup. A kettle and a cup with some tea bags in each room would make the guests feel much more welcome!
