Casa Gamble sleeps up to 10 max guests in 2 King Bedrooms and 3 Queen Bedrooms. 4 bedrooms upstairs (including the Master) and 1 King Bedroom on the main level with no stairs. 1 full bath and a powder room on the 1st level. 2 more full baths on the 2nd level. 3 separate living areas for your group to spread out, including a kids room with games, video games, toys, game tables, etc... The beautiful outdoor area offers a covered patio with comfortable seating, natural gas fire pit, propane BBQ, optional Heated Pool*, Hot-Tub and MOUNTAIN and SUNSET VIEWS. Poker/Game/Billiards Table! You will find TV's in all 3 living rooms, as well as the master bedroom, downstairs bedroom and 1 other Queen room upstairs. This North-Phoenix location is a great jumping point to visit Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon with quick access to I-17 Highway. The community features meandering walking paths found throughout the neighborhood for everyone to enjoy and experience the beauty of the Sonoran Desert. There are two centrally located parks. The main park features a large heated swimming pool and kiddie pool along with a playground. The other park features a heated swimming pool, kiddie pool and spa. It also offers a playground, grassy play area, sand volley ball court, tennis courts and a full court basketball area. Your kids will love it!
***The private pool IS able to be heated for an additional $350/week to 85 degrees. The Hot-Tub can be used at no cost. You can also use the community heated pools/spa just down the road!

Stunning view of the desert
This is our 2nd time renting this home. We love it. One of the best houses we have ever rented. Plenty of space. Well stocked home. A view that is stunning of the desert. The Outdoor area is awesome with the pool. Hot tub. Fire pit. Plenty big enough to easily fit 2-3 families with 3 different living areas in the home. This home will not disappoint

Christmas in Phoenix
Property location was great. Easy access to I17 and not far from whatever we wanted to do. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and beautiful sunsets. Property management (Wes) was great!

Casa Gamble Spring Break
The house was fantastic, and Wes was accessible for questions throughout our stay. The area was perfect as it was close to grocery and dining if we needed it. The pool toys in the garage were a nice perk as was the comfortable outdoor seating. The living areas were great with nice furniture and easy access to the large TVs. They did not skimp at all on amenities (high quality furniture). We were startled by a few javelinas that were on the other side of the fence-but hey, nature is good thing!

Wonderful stay in Cave Creek
Absolutely beautiful large home. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of living spaces for our family to spread out. Great outdoor space. We used the pool, hot tub and fire pit every day of our stay. Our Property manager, Wes, was very responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home.

Golf Vacation 2022
Mostly Very good - but the fire pit did not work which was one of the reasons we picked this property. Also, master toilet was not flushing when we arrived, but someone did come over to fix that.

Amazing
This home was so well equipped. The floor plan was perfect for a large group. The location was great in a quiet neighborhood. The view of the sunset each night was breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again.

Casa Gamble - Very Nice
We arrived right at check-in time and the house was clean and ready for us. All the amenities were as represented in the listing. The location is great with easy access to the interstate and a nice neighborhood. The back yard borders on Tramonto Wash which is part of the Sonoran Preserve so there is good hiking and walking in the area. We used the pool and spa everyday. Although on the edge of Phoenix, the night sky was good, particularly to the north and west and we enjoyed star gazing each night.

Excellent property
Pool and hot tub were awesome. Loved the view from the backyard. Kitchen was well stocked and I liked that they actually had spices and other things in the kitchen that normally aren't included. Everything was in good working order and clean. I would stay at this property again.

A Beautiful Respite
Casa Gamble was beautiful, everything in perfect order for our arrival. The patio had plenty of seating areas, all matching colors very attractive. Any questions or needs were immediately addressed by management. I highly recommend the property as a wonderful respite.

Our stay couldn't have been better. This home was well maintained and had all the necessities needed for our family. The size of the home was perfect with room to roam. The backyard was one of the high points from the great views to the spa and pool. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Getaway Home
Great house and great location! All of the bedrooms were a good size with very comfortable beds. Everything was clean when we arrived and had all the necessary amenities such as hand soap and towels. The outdoor living space is the best part with the pool, hot tub and fire pit. I would definitely stay here again.

Family gathering in Phoenix
We had a famous gathering of our family who came from CA, WA, MI, & OH! The house was wonderful with room for everyone. The kitchen was well-equipped and we all enjoyed cooking together. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor living areas were perfect for the children--ages 10-10 months--and adults. We highly recommend this property for a Phoenix experience!!

We very much appreciated that the house was exceptionally clean. It was great that a lot of little kitchen items were thoughtfully provided. The kitchenware was clean and new and of good quality. I appreciated this very much! The fire pit was a hit and a relaxing end to our day! The house is spacious and had space for guests to spread out for personal space. Thoughtful personal items were provided.The king suite was layed out perfectly. The kitchen was layed out nicely. We would very much enjoy staying at Casa Gamble again.
