My stay at Ginger, Noida City Center, was a wonderful experience. This was my second time staying here, and this time I was with my family. From the reception to housekeeping and the kitchen, every staff member was exceptionally supportive. Noticing we had a 13-year-old with us, the front office team kindly checked for a larger room and arranged one with an extra cot. I truly appreciate their thoughtful gesture.

there was only one man who was handling everything. no staff and also he said the hotel doest not having a booking so he made a new booking himself and took 1-2 hour in making it we had to wait because it was late night and when we checked into the room it was not clean it was stinky and ac was not working we asked for help so some ac guy came in and told the receptionist that it’s not gonna work to change the room but they didn’t change our room and when we went down to talk to him he misbehaved with us and talked to us very rudely we asked for a refund but he said no it was a nightmare thankyou booking.com also i still want my refund

AC not working properly. Telephone not working and Staff behaviour is very bad.

I didn't like anything over there.

- The facilities is not customer friendly. We need use several step to enter the reception and i had heavy bag which I have to lift. Very Bad. - The receptionist were not trained and bad in English and not very professional. - The room condition was very bad with SPIDER ON THE BED when i moved the blanket to sleep :-( - The towels in bathroom didn't look clean and very bad stong chemical smell or something which was very bad. - As i have to leave early at 7 the Breakfast I requested to pack with Grilled sandwich which they agree but they gave a less grilled with more of European styled Sandwich (even after clarifying my requirement). Banana was Raw, and the Muffin was very bad Taste.
