Apartment was clean, and in a very convenient location. Maria met us for check in. She was very helpful and so kind. The balcony was a lovely place to sit in the mornings. I would stay here again!

What a wonderful apartment! Great location for shopping, eating, and sightseeing. A very short walk to the underground to get wherever you want to go. We absolutely loved the apartment and Ms Maria. She waited patiently for us to arrive so she could get us settled in and comfortable. Absolutely a world class host. We’re planning a return trip because of her and the wonderful apartment.

The check in process was seamless. The host met us, walked around the apartment and was available when we had questions. The location was amazing. The outside space was perfect for our family to gather after a long day of sightseeing. We were just steps from shops, restaurants, and museums. We would definitely stay here again!

We chose this apartment for its location. It allowed us to walk to the ballet and concert and to a lovely shopping area with classic pizza places and cafes. We loved the coziness of the apartment and loved the beautiful patio. We’ll need more time in Napoli next time.

Clean and well appointed apartment in the center of great neighborhood surrounded by historical interest and numerous places to eat. The host/owner is responsive and very accommodating. Difficulty with communicating with owner due to VRBO messaging awkward and slow, not her fault. Check in is challenging since there is nowhere to park, otherwise owner was very helpful.

Bel appartement très bien placé
Très bien accueillis par la propriétaire attentive à nos questions et attentionnée. Appartement très bien situé et calme qui jouxte la place del Plebiscito ! Autour on trouve tout : épiceries, restaurants, café, métro et port pour aller aux îles ! Une belle terrasse et un appartement spacieux et fonctionnel. Nous le recommandons chaleureusement .

Nice Apartment for visiting Naples
The apartment is located in a good urban district and is a good starting point for exploring the city. For 3 persons (2 adults and 1 teenager) sufficiently dimensioned. For more people it would be a bit narrow. The smaller bedroom is a bit noisy, but bearable compared to the city center location of the apartment. The small bathroom behind the living room has a small smell problem. Otherwise very nice, especially the terrace.

Lumineux et fonctionnel en tout point
Spacieux et bien équipé pour une famille de 4 et près des services. Le port, le métro et le funiculaire sont à 10 ou 15 minutes de marche. Merci à Maria-Rosaria pour son accueil.

Ein Ruhepol im quirligen Neapel
Optimal gelegen für Ausflüge zu Fuß in die Stadt oder per Fähre auf die naheliegenden Inseln. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen wunderschön und sauber. Innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten gibt es einen sehr gut sortierten kleinen Supermarkt (Vacca Luigi) und natürlich mehrere Bars, wo sich lecker frühstücken lässt (ich empfehle ganz klar Caffee Reginelle). Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Durch die Lage wird die An- und Abfahrt mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen quer durch die Innenstadt - je nach Taxifahrer - zum unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Taxistand ist gleich gegenüber dem Caffee Reginelle, die Fahrt kostet 25 Euro Festpreis.

The balcony is delightful but to be honest we did not use it much due to weather or simply because there was so much else to do and see.Location l wise you can't get better, it is close to many restaurants and shops but also quiet.Maria's son picked us up from the airport (and took us back 3 days later) and I'm not sure we would have found the apartment on our own.And even better Maria had provided some homemade limoncello ( gorgeous) and bread Andy breakfast things to keep us going a few days - unexpected but very welcome.Would definitely recommend Maria's place and would stay here again in a flash.

Appartement spacieux et très joliment décoré, idéalement situé, en plein coeur de Naples !
L'accueil chaleureux, la disponibilité et les excellents conseils de Maria Rosaria, la propriétaire, nous ont enchantés. L'ensemble dispose d'une très belle terrasse et de la climatisation, ce qui a été fort apprécié durant cet été 2017 ! Une seule envie nous tenace encore : y retourner au plus vite !

Un séjour entre copines très réussi!
L'appartement est très bien situé et au calme de l'agitation du centre ville. Maria Rosaria nous a accueilli avec une extrême gentillesse. L'appartement est également très agréable, spacieux et confortable et la terrasse est parfaite pour profiter du soleil.
Bref un endroit parfait pour séjourner à Naples!

Lovely centrally located apartment with terrace
Delightful apartment, well provided, secure, and conveniently located. It was lovely to sit out on the terrace after a busy day in the city. It was easy to buy food from the local shops, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. We had a very enjoyable stay in Naples and hope to return some time. Thank you again, Maria!

This apt was exactly what we were looking for. It was my wife, 2 year old son, mother, and I and this place had great space and room for us to all feel at home. It was great to have a full kitchen w/ washer/dryer and the outdoor patio was AMAZING! We felt very safe and at home in this apt. and was in a great location to many attractions, shops, restaurants, and cab stands. Thank you Maria Rosaria for everything, you were a great host and have a wonderful apt. We definitely plan to make it back to Naples someday and will look to stay here again.

Amazing Place in Great Location

Lovely, clean and perfect location!
This apartment is large and lovely decorated. It is very clean and comfortable. The terrace outside makes all the difference. We have stayed in many different apartments in Naples and this one was the best. The location is perfect; right in the middle of cultural sightseeing, shopping and close to the sea for the lovely views. We have truly enjoyed our stay and the wonderful care of the owner. We will surely return!

"My husband and I spent few memorable days in this lovely B&B in the heart of Naples. The location is perfect,walking distance to the most historical sites.The apartment is very confortable, quite, and guess what! we were right opposit the Royal Palace. That was neet.The owner ,signora Maria Rosaria is the best. She made our stay very special, helping us in every way, from a phone call to train tickets and suggestion for the best place in town for pizza. We will go back soon.

"L''appartamento, è a due passi dalla centralissima Piazza Plebiscito, ha una terrazza (al primo piano, però, circondata da palazzi più alti) che si affaccia sull''abisde della Basilica di San Francesco di Paola! E'' luminoso, silenzioso, molto confortevole e ben attrezzato anche per una famiglia di cinque persone con un bambino piccolo, perfetto comunque come base per esplorare la città. Un po'' scomodo, per una famiglia come la nostra, il divano letto della seconda stanza. La cortesia e la disponibilità della proprietaria sono veramente rare. Sicuramente da consigliare!"
