The quiet was very satisfying and the meals were delicious and very good portions. The host at the restaurant was very friendly.

The first day, the room floor was dusty, food waiting time was long especially first day and breakfast sheet was not provided to me without asking. This led to getting breakfast later than I needed. Also, access to the restaurant door was not convinient, sometimes I would wait to be let in or out, the receptionist was not always available

The security guard at the main door tried very hard to be helpful- pity the general odds were against him.

There was never hot water during our stay!! The breakfast can be improved on. The hospitality in generally poor- there was no one to receive us at reception. The security guard at the main door often doubled as the receptionist.

The rooms are exquisite

The night we checked in, a watchman checked us into our rooms. There were no other staff at reception. When we needed towels or additional staff, the watchman had to bring them to our room (this was just wrong on so many levels and really lowered my opinion of the property). The room was booked for two but one set of slippers, towels? toothbrush was available The towels that we left to be removed because they were wet were left folded in a drawer Bad reception and bad housekeeping basically! the breakfast also very unimpressive
