We just stayed at this wonderful vacation home in Cannes for a week and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. As a family with three kids, we found this location to be perfect for a beach holiday. We absolutely fell in love with Cannes and France!
The placement of the apartment is ideal for families with children. It offers a stunning sea view, is close to food places and a playground, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment itself had everything we needed – it was very clean, modern, and spacious. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we all got a good night's sleep. The large terrace with a sea view was a favorite spot for the whole family, and the air conditioning in every room was a much-appreciated feature during our stay.
One of the highlights was the clean, free beach just steps away. Even with temperatures between 22-25 degrees, we were able to swim and enjoy the sun comfortably. Parking at the house was another great convenience. While there is a bit of noise from the street on one side, we quickly got used to it and it didn't affect our overall enjoyment.
Additionally, the host family was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We are already looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend this vacation home to other families.

Amazing Apartment
The apartment was nothing short of superb. It's conveniently located across the beach. We were a family of five (three small children), and found this location to be most convenient for our family. You are just a short walk from restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries. The apartment is extremely clean, and well maintained. Every room has an AC. Patrizia and her husband were amazing hosts. They were always available. Will definitely return in the future.

Absolutely wonderful experience
All of the 5 star reviews are warranted!. Patrizia was very responsive, the apartment is spacious, well laid out, excellent appliances, an incredible location and view. We were somewhat concerned using VRBO and not having hotel amenities given that we live in the US and don't speak French, but Patrizia and her staff were quite helpful, and promptly answered any questions my wife and I had.

Fabulous Apartment right on the Mediterranean
We spent 2 nights at this lovely apartment in Cannes and it was the highlight of our trip. The apartment was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly located right across from the beach. The location could not have been better. It was right across from a nice beach and a 5 minute walk to the Suquet area of Cannes with many restaurants and bars. Patrizia graciously had cold drinks and wine waiting for us upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to beach
Across from the beach, lots of restaurants nearby. A little ways of walking to the Croisette if your into the high night life partying but if you enjoy the no commotion this is ideal. The beds are kind of rough to sleep in but overall a huge apartment with laundry machine makes for convenience for a family of 5 like we were. Patrizia was very informative and helpful throughout the stay. We would recommend this place for a family!

Lovely apartment in great location
We spent a great week at this lovely apartment. Patrizia and Beppe were extremely good hosts and were very helpful at ensuring we had a good stay. The apartment is clean, very well furnished and with everything that you could need.
You are a short walk from the centre of Cannes and there are lots of good beach clubs with restaurants very close to the apartment.
Being on the main sea front road, it can be noisy with all the traffic going by, but this is inevitable if you want a sea view. Once you are inside the apartment with the windows closed you are not disturbed by the traffic.
We would thoroughly recommend this apartment for your stay in Cannes.

Sunny spot in Cannes
We enjoyed 4 nights at this apartment right across the street from the beach. The apartment was clean with modern decor; Patrizia and Bepe had staples in the cupboard and fridge for us to use, including a bottle of wine and 2 beer. A warm welcome! We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio overlooking the beach and sipping wine/beer in the late afternoon. The location is excellent for walking through the old town, or the shopping area as well as catching the ferry to the islands. And the great thing is that the apartment included a parking spot. Our family really appreciated your hospitality and lovely beachfront apartment in Cannes. We definitely wished we had stayed longer. I would highly recommend your apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay near the beach. The apartment is well appointed and immaculate. While it’s across the street from the beach, we also walked into the heart of Cannes to catch the train for a day trip to Monaco and dinner.
Don’t know when but we hope to get back to Cannes again someday and would definitely want to stay at your apartment.

Elegant apartment right on the beach
Our family of 5 had a wonderful time staying in Patrizia's elegant and comfortable beach front apartment. The apartment had everything we needed (comfortable sleeping arrangements, washing machine, kitchen, wifi, parking). We found the location to be very convenient, right in front of public beach and a walking distance to the heart of Cannes and to plenty of restaurants and stores. The hosts are very kind and helpful.

Doesn't get much better than this
Really nice apartment in a great location. All is as advertised. Patio is the center of living. Beds are comfortable but pillows are thin. Hot water and pressure is great but when staying with another couple, you want to be 1st in the shower. Beach is clean and easy to walk, restaurants on the beach are nice, and the harbor is a quick 10 minute walk. Juliette was very helpful and Patricia, who was traveling, was amazingly responsive - I emailed her at 11pm to request apartment the next day. All particulars worked out by 11:45. Go for it, you will not be disappointed.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying in Cannes. This apartment exceeded our expectations in many ways. It was immaculate with very modern air conditioning and lighting. Updated bathrooms with great shower pressure - many of the things you don't find even in nice hotels in Europe. The building itself was very secure with a gated entrance and other security features. The location, directly across from the beautiful beach could not have been better. Cannes itself is ideal for day trips to many other towns. There was secure parking included only a few feet from the apartment. The owners were lovely and made sure that everything we needed was taken care of including guide books and restaurant suggestions. We look forward to staying here again very soon.

From the moment we walked into the condo and meet Patrizia and her husband we knew that this was a special place. They made us feel like a member of the family. They took us on a tour and instructed us on everything in the condo and then went over our plans and gave us restaurant recommendations for our stay. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and is a great location for day trips in the area. We loved sitting outside and watching the sunset and walking into town for dinner. The bakery in the building is amazing. We recommend the almond crossiants. We enjoyed having breakfast in the condo each morning. We would love to stay her again. It was amazing. Patrizia is a wonderful host and cannot do enough for you.

We stayed for five weeks during July and August at this lovely apartment with the most wonderful service. It is perfectly located being only a ten minute walk from Cannes centre and directly opposite beautiful beaches and the sea. You don't need a car because everything is just within a few minutes walk including a great bakery next door. We had a car and parked it in the gated car park for which we were given a remote control. The apartment is fully airconditioned and has hotel style bathrooms and a large modern eat-in kitchen, although we always dined outside on the large patio which has been planted with bougainvillea and Mediterranean plants. We also opted to have a weekly cleaning and linen change service which really allowed us to relax! The landlords were also very helpful and kind and we wanted for nothing as we really felt at home. I would definitely stay here again, it was perfect is so many ways!

Perfect apartment
This apartment is perfect, whatever your reason for visiting Cannes. At an affordable price and incredible location, it is not to be missed. Just across the road from the beach and a 10 minute walk from the port and the town centre, it is perfect for everything you may want to do. I stayed here for two weeks and could not fault it; the apartment was clean and spacious, with a big kitchen and ensuite bathrooms. Needless to say it was a very good choice. The host Patrizia is very welcoming and happy to help with any queries you may have. Definitely recommendable.

This apartment is perfect, whatever your reason for visiting Cannes. I stayed here for two weeks and could not have had a better time. The location is perfect; the apartment is just across the road from the beach and only a 10 minute walk from the port and the centre of the town. It was clean and spacious, with a modern design, and ensuite bathrooms, making it easy to stay here. Patrizia, the host is very welcoming and happy to help with any queries you may have and overall, it was a very enjoyable trip and place to stay.
