very well presented with good facilities.
Had an initial issue gaining access to the property when arriving late, and difficulty reading the numbers on the key safe in the dark.
Also had a problem with TV for channels 7 and 9 to watch sport. Worked initially after resetting channels, however picture was pixelated - may be a reception issue at that time.

The breakfast was a nice bonus. We had a very comfortable 3night stay. Close to the Mt Benson wine area. Thanks.

Everything provided, warm and comfortable. Good location. Great back yard for the dog.
Disappointed we weren’t allowed to have our dog inside, and this was not mentioned in the literature until we got there.

One of the best equipped properties we have stayed in. Loved the big back yard and parking area.
Only one small surprise, it is the first place that had asked for us to sweep the rooms before departing.

Great location, excellent facilities, immaculately presented.

Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor entertaining area. Very roomy interior, huge safe yard. Bonus outdoor bathroom. It was cool weather for our stay but the cottage stayed very cosy inside without needing heating on. Overall, even better than the photos suggest, which is often not the case!
The only issue is the step up to the living area. My friend struggled a little with her bad knee. Would need to consider this for anyone with serious mobility issues. Don’t know what a solution might be as the bathroom and back door are down this step. It is clearly defined so it’s not a danger to mobile people.

It was clean and comfy. I love how they kept it all the old stuff as much as possible while making it modern too.

Absolutely the greatest time myself and my wife had was more then amazing wonderful location and set beautiful out definitely recommended and will be staying again in future

absolutely stunning property. Clean and great area for our little dog outside. lovely attention to detail and well equiped in the kitchen. very much appreciated the breakfast, treats and wine. a lovely stay and highly recommend.

Agnes Cottage is gorgeous. The care and attention to detail is first class. The cottage comes complete with everything you need and everything is top quality. Truly a 5 star property.

It was a beautifully set house in a great location near the beach. Would love to go back again.

Loved absolutely everything else. Wendy is an exceptional host who went out of her way to help us. Cant praise her enough.
My only suggestion is to have a comfy lounge as the chairs though beautiful aren't very comfortable.
