I booked for 2 nights checked in next day of my booking, and directly ask to cancel second night for private reasons to meet my family, but unfortunately no one was helpful and I paid for 2 night and just stay in the hotel 5 hours , actually it was a hotel decision because they could easily refund 1 night cause I work in a hotel and I know that system.

Oh my God this is one of the best places I have ever been in...from day 1 people treat you so amazing...starting from the receptionist Teo...Gia ,Kathy the cleaning lady and even the owners are so nice and humble...they try to really make you feel like you are at home...so cozzy so clean...amazing breakfast and great wine and sweet grapes!!Also they let you use the kitchen in case you want to make some food at no extra cost...even if you need to wash the clothes they just charge you 10lari for use and they even give the washing product!!!After all this comfortness I will pick this place as my get away secret place...its also so quiet and relaxing for those days where you dont want to see anyone!Plus carrefour its right next door that you just have to cross the street...which is in a mall where you find such good prices!!I categorize this place as 10 of 10!!!Also comfortable bed...pillows...and spacious room with its heater in case of cold...and even at heater in the bathroom to hang your washed clothes...so what else can you ask???Nothing!!😍😍😍😍so dont hesitate on picking this hotel for your get away!!!

Stayed for one night. Reception 24/7, not in every place were ready to receive us at night. Small hotel. Clean and nice. The staff is very friendly.

Hotel Nabadi was amazing. I did not speak the language or know at all the city, but Gia helped me with everything - his service was fantastic. I can be very shy to ask for what I need, but always he was able to make sure I had absolutely everything to enjoy my stay here and understand this wonderful country and its brilliant people. Thank you so much! I cannot wait to return.

Staff was helpful and tried to solve all our problems. Hotel was clean and for our purposes location was great. Cheaper hotel but it was little bit far from Tbilisi center.

Breakfast was okay...The room was very spacious...It was close to the city mall and we could do some shopping
Too far from the city center...The shower area was clogged and water filled up too quick in the shower area, despite repeated complaints the issue was taken lightly. There were no halal restaurants closeby and we had to travel for 6-8KM for a restaurant.

* Hospitality - Everyone was so nice and friendly. Especially Gia is great person. He helped me soo much. He served me tea non stop also homemade wine. The most delicious wine I have ever had. I really enjoyed. I appreciate for everything.
* Location - It was 12 mins walk to Metro, mall and supermarket.
* Check in - it was easy, they were expecting me. I checked in an hour early. Also I left my suitcase at hotel, and they helped me to get my suitcase before flight.
It was so great experience.
If I come back to Georgia, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The location is far from the center and the old town. There is no view and there is some noise. There is no elevator

- all night long they were laying asphalt under my window, a jackhammer was working, a very loud compressor - sleeping was like I was in a boombox, if you want to sleep at night - here it is a very big rsik
- The wi-fi was slow and constantly unstable, if you need to be in touch fast, this is not your option
- The light in the chorridor in front of the room was bad - the light reacted only far away from the room door, so to turn the key, you had to step away from the door, and then come back to it

Nothing major, but we had much luggage and we were on the third floor, so it was a good work out to go up and down the stairs. No major issues.

Really great place to stay - all necessary locations are at hands reach, owner is a great and welcoming person, rooms are tidy and comfortable. Also, good location away from crowded city center. Would recommend to visit.

2. It's not easy to reach a subway by foot, especially after 22:00 (when mall is closed)
