Spectacular suites in the heart of Potos.

Well, from the moment we arrived we were only welcomed by happy faces. They also upgraded our room for free. Our room was cleaned daily, bed made up, it was sparkling clean, exceeding cleanliness of much more expensive hotels. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's not a dislike, but for some people may be a throw off. While the location of the hotel is in the heart of Potos, it may get a little noisy.

Friendly staff, cozy rooms, very clean, good breakfast, inside the room it is pretty quiet, pretty good internet connection (as far as we also were working there), great location - a lot of good restaurants around, close to a beach, close to a food store with fruits and beverages, parking spot within 50-100 meters. On arrival, the host gave us a list of recommended places to visit - that was very nice and useful.

One evening there were power interruptions - not an issue of the hotel, it seems to be for whole town (or, maybe, whole island?), seems to be a common problem, due to diesel power generators in some facilities all around the island. Still, it was only one (late) evening during a week.

Room was very modern, clean and conformable, location very close to all tourist attractions, with many shops, markets and restaurants at less than 5 minutes walk. The best part of the experience though was the friendly staff, starting from the cleaning and kitchen staff and also with the outstanding customer experience provided by Irini at the reception desk. She has given guidance on places to visit, things to do and was always available to answer questions. Of course, the fact that she always greeted us with a big smile and wanted to check how we are enjoying the vacation was like icing on the cake. Thank you Cozy Suites for the amazing experience.

We liked everything!

Clean rooom, good appliances, new furniture. Excellent breakfast, helpful abd pleasant staff. We had to postpone our arrival by a few days, Cozy Suites was completely accomodating. Very close to the beach, close to supermarkets and shops - an overall excellent position.

Nothing worth mentioning. Everything was at least okay.

The breakfast was amazing, fresh food, fruits, juice, jam, honey, eggs, everything that you could ever want to eat in a sunny morning. Given the pandemic situation, we filled in daily a paper with food selection and we were served at the table with whatever we chose, there was distance between tables and everything was cleaned afterwards for the next guests. The location is near the beach, taverns, super markets, shops, etc. We stayed in a superior rooms and from a space perspective it was better from a standard suite, however, it just a matter of how much space you want, because other than that, there is no difference (our friends have had a standard suite, therefore we were able to compare).

The staff is very kind, clean, cosy, best location!The breakfast is nice also.
