This property has an EV charger listed under amenities. I was counting on access to one during my trip. I had to scramble to find another one after 10 PM and had to pay through the nose for it. I selected your hotel specifically for that charger. Staff were unconcerned. Never coming back.

Trash placement for outside bar needs moved away from walkway. Stinks bad

No elevator my 73 yr old husband had to carry suitcase up to our room on the second floor, could have been cleaner rugs in room needed to be cleaned.

Convenient to highway. Room was clean. Hot when we entered, very stale. But once we got the ac going it was fine. Ron, the man on duty for check in was friendly. Best thing about the place was that there was a restaurant that we could walk to in the same parking lot. Food there was mediocre but we were there on a karaoke night and it was a blast. The hotel bkft was good.

When I first got there, I paid extra for early check in. I was given the key to my room and sent upstairs to a room that the toilet didn’t flush, there was a ton of blood and boogers on the wall, the room smelled like mildew and ever surface was sticky. I went down to the front and was offered a plunger to try and fix the toilet. I advised them that it didn’t work and that there was still all the other reasons wrong, I was told that I would have to wait 30 minutes for another room, which happened to be check in time, making my paying extra for early check in pointless. This new room was a bit cleaner, at least there wasn’t any blood. The room was still not in good condition and was infested in fleas. I wasn’t able to ask for a refund and switch hotels because the room was already charged to my card and I couldn’t afford to wait the 5-7 days for the authorization to drop or the refund to hit. All in all, an extremely dirty and gross experience that I will make sure to NEVER have again.

When I travel, I look for hotels with a fitness center, breakfast, and good internet. Days Inn Bridgeport had all three, The breakfast was awesome, fast internet and the fitness center was free access to the neighboring commercial fitness center......James and the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. I will stay here on future trips

Rooms were nasty, Wires hanging out of the air conditioning unit, strong sewer smell, pool had a hole, trash left behind night stands, carpets sticky, room had pass through doors into another room in which they wouldn’t dead bolt so anyone can open their door and come into our room.

The staff was quite rude to me and unhelpful. The clerk would not allow me to speak with his supervisor or give me his contact information. He stated “that’s not going to happen” I was charged $75 for a room that we did not get to stay in. After waiting 30 minutes to get checked-in the clerk claimed that he had not received my itinerary/confirmation number. He was not typing anything into a computer to check he was only texting on his cell phone. The whole reason we chose this hotel was the indoor pool and the clerk said it closed at 8:00pm it was 8:05pm after we waited 30 minutes for him to wait on us. I asked to speak to his supervisor and again was told “that’s not going to happen” I asked him to cancel my reservation and he stated that I had to go online and he could not help me. He threatened to call the police on me. Very unnecessary and he did all of this in front of my 5 year old son. I would highly encourage you to go elsewhere!!!

Mold and mildew on lamp shades. Rust on lamps on night stands. Brown stains on bed skirt and couch. Unknown substance splattered on wall behind toilet. Holes in ceiling that toilet tissue was stuffed to cover up. Tub stained and out dated. Mat inside tub was horrific. Giant water mark and bubbling right above bed. Staff was very friendly and breakfast person was super attentive to the breakfast buffet and kind.

The pool is never operational. The front benches could be replaced.

We appreciated getting clean towels every morning. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Entire building smelled really bad and needs an elevator to easily access 2nd floor, especially when moving luggage. I doubt we will ever stay there again.

Letting someone with a disability know there is no elevator would be nice before booking

Check in went fine. Later asked for tissues (box in room empty) and extra pillows. We never received either. Pool was included in online description. Pool was empty. Bed was comfortable. Overall was just OK. Needs room upgrades. On the other hand, was cheaper than other hotels in the area.

It was easy to find, the staff was wonderful, and helpful.

The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. The room was immaculate. It was a quiet place.
